Comments: The more I learn about vintage Coach, the more I realize I don't know. I didn't know about a "mini chester" Canteen Bag, style #9982. I thought I was buying a Chester bag, style #9901 (there was no creed photo in the listing), and this tiny ADORABLE thing arrives. I'm in love. Now, please and thank you for letting me know it's authentic. H5C-9982. Measures about 6.75 inches across by 6 inches tall by 2.5 inches across the bottom.
Item: COACH BAG - small
Seller: Ebay, colcaw-0
Really hard to photograph the creed, but I shone a penlight in there...

Genuine Canteen Bag, 1995

Vintage Coach Daypack Backpack 9960 US Mahogany/Brass 1997 EUC

Item # 165800191244

Seller: 360kelly

I would like to buy a vintage daypack for my wife. It seems that most of the new bags she looks at, look to be fairly crappy. I remember being a kid and looking at/holding my mom’s Coach bags and thinking about how wonderful the quality of the leather and how the overall fit and finish was. Mom still has, and regularly uses these bags I refer to. She keeps them in rotation. I have yet to see a new bag that I think is made as well that I can actually afford. Anyway, thanks for your time. I hope I have supplied all the data you require.
It's fine, made in 1997.

Hi there! Could you please help me authenticate this bag.
I bought it at a little thrift shop for a few bucks. I wasn’t really sure if it was legit or not, but bought it anyway.
It is approximately 10”x5”. Here are some pictures. Thanks in advance!
