Please post authenticity questions related to COACH in this thread. No PMs please.

Please follow the following requests:

• Before you submit a request for authentication, please search this thread to make sure that the item has not previously been authenticated by searching the seller ID and/or item number. This is not a thread to ask general questions about COACH, please refer to our main Coach forum for such information.
• Note that authenticators have the right to refuse any requests. This is a free service, but it is imperative that you help our authenticators by using the following format:

BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.

• Front of item
• Back of item
• Full clear and legible creed text and serial number
• Made in tags (when available)
• Measurements
• For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
• For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
• If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

Genuine, but I hope you noticed the extra and very sloppy hole a previous owner might have punched in the strap. There is a photo of it in the listing, but it's not mentioned in the verbal description.

And the seller has been mentioned here many many times, and too many times involving counterfeit Coaches. I can't recommend that seller, their latest fake was reported here just in the last week.

If you're referring to picture 10 (third from the last), I don't think that's a hole. It looks like ink from a leaky pen:

• I just received these today. I was unable to get any additional pictures before purchasing, but I took the chance anyway. I only put up 3 of the 5 items for now, because I thought I saw a limit on requests per day somewhere. Im spazzing a bit with nervous excitement, and can't really concentrate long enough to find that info right now.

There's no limit on the number of requests per day.

Sometimes we'll ask you to limit the number of listings in one post because it can be confusing if there are too many listings to scroll through and authenticate and comment on.

(Some other brands' authenticators may limit you to a certain number per day but generally, we're pretty lenient here!)

Ohmygawsh, yes! I have been telling anyone who will listen about it for days, showing the auction picture like its my kid or something! Ive just gotten weird looks, lol.
I couldn't believe when I saw it was shipped in one of those grey plastic bags that had a couple holes torn in it. Annnd there was free-with-purchase bonus bug stuck to the leather in webbing or something gross. What this poor girl has been through, but she's bug free and safe now!

Both of these are fine. It's funny that the only creed they showed in the listing was the fake.

The bag is fake. T isn't a valid plant and 9870 when on a genuine Coach is a Court bag.

ETA: I dislike Goodwill because in order to contact them, you must have an account with way more personal information than I care to provide to a site from which I have no intention purchasing.

But according to the listing, "Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana states that this item has been posted in accordance with shopgoodwill.com's policy prohibiting the sale of counterfeit items. If you have any questions or concerns about the authenticity of this item please contact seller directly prior to bidding" so if anyone has an account, let them know they're violating their own policy (AND THE LAW)!

In case anyone is interested to know what happened after I contacted them - they had the bag authenticated by a company called Entrupy who says it's authentic. Here's the certificate they sent to me:

I contacted the seller. Here's my message and their response. Not only did Entrupy deem it authentic, they got the serial number wrong on their paperwork (their certificate shows F7T-9860 but the bag is stamped F7T-9870).
