I'm curious about this bag. IMO, it's odd. (And the seller has been discussed in the past.)

Comments: serial font looks slightly off and stitching on creed is a mess. I can't tell if the lining is a different fabric or just in poor pilly condition.

Comp of uniquefashions15 creed vs. authentic from the month prior.

The creed and serial look OK to me, the differences could just be in the lighting angle. The shadows are in silghtly different places on each patch. The bag seems fine. It's one of the Flatiron styles and those are almost never faked, they were only made for a few months and barely made it into one or two catalogs.

And happy new year to you and everyone else too!

Hello I'm new here :) I'm sorry if I'm doing this wrong I have no idea how replying and posting works so I apologise. I was wondering if anyone could authenticate this vintage bag. It feels really nice and extremely soft, a little dry but it's okay. I just received this and it looks good to me but I'm no expert. The creed is in the front compartment on the inside. It rubbed or faded away some but still very readable in person. It's serial number is 016-6038 and it says Made in the United States. The bag measures about 9x10/10.5 (don't know if I did it right). Thank you in advance for your help :)

Please help authenticate. Buying from a friend. I don't know the name or style. View attachment 3921754View attachment 3921755

See the first post in this thread for instructions and the information we require to give an authentication. On older styles it's VERY important that we have exact measurements especially with a style like this. Although it's definitely authentic from the early 1990s we can't identify the style without measurements.

It's a genuine Station Bag style 5130 made in the late 1980s.

Oh wow Thank you so much for your help:smile: I didn't expect it to be authentic because I don't have good eyes for detail. I thought it was too good to be true  oh and Happy New Year!

Did your buyer question it?

Unless your bag's authenticity is questioned, you shouldn't post links to your own listing.

On Coach, we will help sellers prior to listing in order to allow them to verify authenticity before listing but admin considers it to be advertising and doesn't allow posting your items.
