I'd really love to have a blue Boogie. The two I can find for sale are Blue Marine and Berry blue. The photos of them both vary widely....lighting conditions, etc.
I know I won't carry a brightly colored bag. So my question is, of these two choices, which is the darker blue?
I think I would have liked the Blueprint color, but those are long one. I'm new to Tano, got my first one, a black Tumbleweed, a few months ago.
I need a BIG bag, so if you have any suggestions other than a Boogie, in a darkish blue or even purple, I sure am open to exploring other styles, though I woud like a bucket style if possible. Just want a pretty blue/purple Tano.

hi TE! I recently purchased (but have not yet received) either a Biker Babe or an Unironed Allure (the seller didn't know which it was). She said the color was charcoal, and when I asked her if it was shiny or matte finish, she "thinks" it's a matte finish, so I am hoping it's a plush Unironed Allure. BUT...it has black trim, and as far as I know, the UA all had the same color trim as the body (I have the wine and the azure). Did the BB come in charcoal? I tried looking on tanobag.com but couldn't find it. Guess I'll find out when it arrives in a few days, but thought I'd prepare myself first and see what you think.

Sounds like a BLACK unironed allure. Since that bag was solid black and the plush leather was washed, it may look charcoal-ish.

Blue Marine is def. darker than berry blue.

Tano has made literally HUNDREDS of styles in dark blue, and dozens in purple, over the years. Those styles will, of course, be HTF at this point (although some online stores do have older Tano bags.. try That's Our Bag.)

There is no dark blue or purple in the color pallette this season (Spring 2011) or next (Fall 2011), though. Perhaps for Fall 2/Holiday/resort?

Tano isnt making tumbleweed (the style OR the leather) this Fall, so at this point you had better grab whatever you can find!
