I know this is a long shot, but I thought I would ask here.
I picked up this Tano bag knowing it was vintage, but I am trying to pinpoint how vintage it really is.
I am assuming it is pre-1960 as it is marked Tano of Madrid Made In Spain. My next thought was maybe it is 1950's but part of me wonders if it might be earlier than that even?

Im afraid its prior to my expertise, so I cant really help you in pinpointing the date, though.
Tano has been in business since the 1930's and originally everything was made in Spain.
Throughout the decades they shifted the majority of their production to Italy, then Korea, then China, then India ...

Tano received the bag late and orders for it had cancelled at that point. Most stores wont take spring bags after Mother's Day.
Im back with a more recent Tano bag. Any info on this would be appreciated. It is a brownish green color. I cant decide if it is actually a really dark olive green or a strange brown color.

Hi TE- will Tano be releasing any bags with the PLUSH leather for this upcoming F/W season? I felt this leather for the first time this week, and I can't believe I missed out on it!
No, the Plush leather was discontinued after last summer. It was lovely but pricier than Tano's other leathers because the skins were naked and washed.
You might like the ANGIE leather coming out this Fall. It has a little bit of a similar feel.
Its a crunch lux bag with a joker label on the side so its 5 years old. I cant recall the name, sorry. Looks to be in mint condition!
Tano changed their website so I can no longer look up names and seasons of older styles for y'all- so sorry about that! In many cases I may remember but I no longer have that resource to look it up when I dont.
