I've never cleaned my chamoise leather bag (leather uniform in oxblood) so I cant say from personal experience.

I got this today and I gotta say: I love it! It works as the perfect bag/briefcase. I can't get my laptop in but it easily carries a few regular files and portfolio. I hope to get a day off sometime in the next week so that I can do a few reveals.
Its a light grey color. At least thats what the samples were. How the production arrives remains to be seen....

I have been looking for this Tano bag. I believe it was from 2008. I do not know what the name of the bag is but was hoping someone might.
It was my favorite purse and was stolen from me last year. It has a center zipper pocket, and two side pockets that close with magnetic leather center strap. Please help, I have not been able to find anything about it online.

I cannot find out the name so I'm having a hard time even starting my search. Picked it up at Bag in Manhattan in 2008 I think. Stolen in San Francisco July 2010. If there is any way you can help It would be greatly appreciated.

Tom, I believe its the beaujolais color CRUNCH leather from Fall 2007. I scanned through all of the Tano web archives from Fall 2007 and couldnt find that particular style of bag. So sorry!
Sorry, that style was from Spring 2010, and I delete the model shots in my database when styles sell out & are discontinued. Did you try doing a search here in the tano sf?
Sorry, thats not a bag that I ever sold in my store, so I dont have any specs for it, and Tano doesnt post specs on their dealer website.

I bought the orange (or I think it might be called apricot) Amanda Playwith at a sale at Mason's in January 2009. I used it all the time until I got a chocolate Speakeasy for Christmas 2009. Anyway, a few months after I got the Amanda I noticed that on one side of the bag, one of the "panels" I guess you would call them, was distinctly faded, softer, not as "crunchy" as the other three "panels" on the bag. I only noticed it after it had gotten a little dirty from everyday use, because it showed the dirt so much more than the other 3/4 of the bag. My friend commented that that particular piece of leather didn't look like it was "finished". I was just wondering if there's anything I could do to clean it or make it look shiny like the rest of the bag. If not I can just wear the not so good looking side against my body. I wish I could post a photo but I don't have a digital camera.
