What does your SA say to this? I did not get the impression that my SA took it seriously, so I told him based on what I read in here, that this affects all bags - regardless of where they are made (the two I had was made in Spain). He told me the last time I was in the store that they had reported this to Paris, so perhaps they eventually will take this seriously. I must say I question their customer complaint system - are the SA's trained to report these things?
I hope they go back to the canvas they had before, the less rubbery one...then I will be thinking of getting one again..
Just want to show you my first Artsy. It only had some minor dustparticles at one corner as I got home with it...and after not using it for 4 months (because if terrible weather in the autumn 2014 where I live) it had evolved to all corners an at the opening of the bag.
I think it's you that are patient with this, and not your SA. Paying this amount of money for a canvas bag, it should be flawless in my opinion.
