Artsy and new canvas issues?

Just wanted to give an update on my Artsy:

I've had her for almost 8 months now, and I have not experienced any issues with the canvas - no peeling, bubbling, or cracking whatsoever. I use my bag often, too - about 2-3 times per week - so I believe that it's endured enough wear/tear for an accurate assessment. I have to say that Artsy - while not an "everyday" bag for me - is my favorite LV piece that I own, if not the prettiest designer bag in my collection. It makes me happy everytime I use her. That being said - anyone who is contemplating whether or not to add an Artsy to your collection, I say go for it and no need to worry about any issues as LV has resolved the canvas issue for this particular bag.

Unearthing this ancient thread. I didn’t realize this was a problem. Mine is a Turenne pm 40th week of 2015. It was a gift. I’m sure there’s nothing they will do for me but i think I’m going to go try anyway. Curious if this has happened to any turennes?

I don’t have a Turenne but it happened to my Sully. I can’t remember how long I had it before I noticed the peeling. It was probably a year or two but they replaced. So it doesn’t hurt to try.
