Artsy and new canvas issues?

I have artsy mm mono and never have a problem but my concerned how can I taking care of my artsy..like changing color of the shoulder leather..could u pls help me or any way to avoid dis coloring the shoulder strap ?? Thanks everyone

I have done a lot of research about this peeling issue when I first discovered it on my bag, and have not seen any information that indicates that this is a problem with any other bag than Artsy. Be aware that older models of Artsy had cracking problems with the canvas, but I'm not sure about the extent of that problem.

Thanks! I guess that may be a good sign if your research didn't yield a ton of results or info about the problem.

I have the same issue. I have been using mine for only 3.weeks. I'm taking it in this week.

Tried rubbing it off with baby wipes? I saw some appearing in my bag and then i wiped it off with baby wipes and it was gone..

Yours looks Ike the handle is a title thicker.
