Plzzzzz don't keep it, that may increase 🙆 it will take time, I can understand you well as I myself faced the same issue with my mono Artsy. Eventually I got it exchanged with azur artsy ❤ I want mono too scared to pick now coz of these issues. It's better you give it back even if u have to wait for a wk coz aftermath will be satisfactory 🙌

Take it back please! If we settle this will never change. Apparently I'm the only in our country who's these issues. So they kinda think that it's my fault. [emoji30] luckily the last SA noticed that the canvas is more rubbery. I exchanged the artsy to a twinset in mono and it feels different. This way I can show them that it's the canvas not me.

I just came back from LV store and my wonderful SA exchanged my bag. She was well aware of the issue and said she will take care of me. She brought out a new Artsy that was made in USA. I said what if it happens again and she said they sorted out the bad ones and that she has seen something like that before although not often. She also has an artsy from 2010 and was surprised to see how rubbery mine was. Also the lining on my old one was noticeably lighter than on the ones she had. I did not purchase that bag there so I'm hoping I dodge the peeling issue.

Mine was replaced for a new one made in USA the 29th week of this year, which is sometime in July. I have only had this bag for about a week and a half and haven't noticed any issues yet. The canvas feels less rubbery and more like the neverfull I bought this summer. I inspect the bag almost daily and so far so good.

Thank you so much for answering! I ended up exchanging the one I bought out of fear of peeling and the vachetta handle. It was made in the U.S. The 33rd week of this year. It felt quite rubbery, but I didn't mind. I got an Artsy empriente in Noir, which is beautiful! But I must admit I regret it, because I think the monogram is just gorgeous. So now I'm thinking of exchanging again back to monogram since it's my true love. I don't know what to do!

I would exchange it back for the mono.
I had both the mono and the empreinte and the empreinte is just so heavy after a few hours.
I still have my mono and still love it to bits. And I agree it's just a gorgeous bag!

Yeah, I'm thinking I will exchange. I'm just nervous sending such an expensive piece through the mail. I live 7 hours away from the closest boutique. All well, I can't stop thinking about the monogram! Gosh it such a hassle being a Vuitton addict! 😊

So, I have a quick question. I'm pretty new to this site, and to luxury bags in general. I bought a preloved Artsy MM in Galet from Tradesy recently, and received the item today. I was surprised when looking at the bag that on the bag charm, the louis vuitton lettering on the ring was not engraved. Is this normal?

It's totally normal. I just bought an Artsy MM in Noir from the boutique and the lettering is not engraved it's like etched or lasered.

Oh good, thanks so much for letting me know! I absolutely love the bag, and would have been crestfallen if that was a red flag that something was fishy. I had it authenticated by mypoupette when I purchased it, but when I saw the etching instead of engraving, it just worried me.
