How are you enjoying it and how does the canvas feel? Like it can last 5-8 years like the old canvas bags?I have had the Turenne PM since June and no peeling issues.. KNOCK ON WOOD!!
I really like it. The canvas feels very sturdy.
I can see this bag lasting a very long time.
My opinion only, I really prefer the older Artsy canvas. I had a newer artsy and the canvas did peel and bubble on the bottom edges and the 2015 canvas felt rubbery and not as nice as the older canvas. I decided to find an older artsy preowned

When did they changed the handle. I read that the handle used to be really stiff before and they made it of a different material that it's more pliable. I bought mine in May and it's from 2015 and the handle didn't feel uncomfortable at all. I called my SA but haven't heard from her yet, I want to take my artsy and see what they say. I'm tempted to just buy one made before 2014 but I'm afraid the handle is the old and uncomfortable one.

I'm glad you posted those pics. I'm starting to see that on my NM mono Delightful. I'm too afraid to bring mine in to the store to show the SA.
I know this wasn't asked to me but I too feel uncomfortable. A while back I wanted to exchange an empreint key cle less than 2 weeks old and the people I talked to were extremely rude and didn't want to exchange it because it wasn't in a resellable condition according to them. They handed me customer service number and the lady told me they weren't a second hand store. Well, I know that, I paid full price for it. They didn't help so I went to another store and they exchanged it without hesitation. It was in pristine condition!

Annoyed about the peeling but what can the store do? The new rubber mono canvas seems to be a bit of a pain. But, I'm enjoying my Delightful.
My SA texted saying she'll be in the store this Thursday so I'll take my artsy there and hopefully they'll exchange it or give me store credit. I don't know what to do get but I certainly don't want to go back home with the same bag. I hate to have to go thru this and actually thought of keeping the bad despite the bubbling/peeling but it seems like it's getting worse.
