Artsy and new canvas issues?

The canvas was changed mid 2014. I bought a 6 key holder back then that has the new squishy canvas. So I'd be careful of any mono canvas items made from mid 2014 to the present. I heard that LV only changed mono and not azur or DE but I'm not sure if that's true. I definitely haven't heard of any bubbling or peeling issues with those prints but I've stayed away from canvas this past year.
My SA today realized that the artsy canvas is more rubbery than other mono bags. She was like "oh, this IS different!" So hopefully not every mono bag has the issue.
It's very frustrating! I tried on a mono Speedy b 25 and Speedy b 30 this summer and didn't notice that they had squishy canvas. It felt "normal". But, since I heard that all mono canvas is new I was afraid to purchase one. I ended up getting a barely used pre-loved one from 2013 and figured I'd just wait a while to see what happens with all these issues. I'm not sure if LV will ever do anything but I'd love it if they would just change the canvas back and try to figure out a different way to prevent cracking.
I have the Nano Turenne, and so far so good. I have not had any problems with peeling. However, I would still be cautious if you plan on purchasing the PM. I bought a Clemence wallet in RB and had to return it because it had tiny white flakes ingrained in the canvas, almost like dandruff that wouldn't rub off. If that makes sense. I apologize for the repulsive analogy, but that's what it looked like.
BTW I am no longer purchasing canvas products from LV. I've exclusively moved on to leather.
I really don't think it is the same. If you feel the artsy and the speedy b they feel completely different. I had two totallys (totallies??) that had peeling that I returned. They were very soft, rubbery canvas and reminded me of the artsy. I have bought a Metis hobo (soft, but more shiny than the artsys were), favorite mm, pochette Metis, clemence, speedy b 35 mono, mon mono NF, and some slgs this past year alone and they have all been fine. Nothing has felt the same as the totallys though. It was super soft and I really liked the feel, so it's a shame, but I wouldn't stress too much about a speedy b at all. I love mine
Omg I have never seen anything like that before,i suggest to take it to the store they will surely resolve this issue.
I received it as a gift. They don't have a receipt for it. I'm like hours away from a store. I messaged Louis Vuitton. Hopefully they'll get back with me.
Yes email them with a pic that might help, if you have your fav SA there it will be a gud relief for you as that might speed up the whole process.
That statement means that the peeling has nothing to do with the price point because even some of the SLGs have the same issue. So my answer addressed her question.
They will replace the handle I hope, just wondering whether they will replace the bag if they cannot do much about the strap.
