I think it's BS that LV only allows a certain amount of exchanges on a bag that has a defect.
A defect is a defect and they should take care of it.
If I were you I would take a gift card and wait a bit.

Yeah.. They said that it might be from my clothes. I might have to find someone else with defected artsy, just to make them realize that it's LVs fault. [emoji21][emoji21]

My new artsy started peeling/bubbling too. I'm dreading calling the LV store where I bought it (Northpark Dallas). Some of them are extremely rude and they didn't want to exchange an empreinte cle that was just a week old due to wear and tear!

Why don't you get an azur after the exchange as I hv not heard of any issues with azur artsy. Plz get it exchanged 👍

I've just bought a Sully MM from 2015 made in Spain and have the same canvas issues. I've contacted LV and are waiting for reply. Did you get a new bag?

I had mono returned it due to same issues stated by all the poster's here. Got a delightful even that had issues then I ended up with azur artsy and i love it 💕💕💕

It's really stunning in azur!! I don't have anything in azur actually. Should I talk to a SA before taking my bag and maybe text them pictures? I live an hour away and I'll be so upset if they just brush me off.

They asked me to send 3pics of the bag so that they can forward to lv to request them for an exchange, coz I live far from the store. I think it took a week for a revert back from them at last I was allowed an exchange. For me it's 8hours drive🙈
