Yeah, tomorrow Im calling my SA. Sad thing is that im so obsessed with the mono and I will take a new one untill I get one that don't peel. It's weird that they haven't done something allready. Maybe they are, but these bad ones just give a bad name to LV
Don't let them give you anything mono--it will just peel again. LV changed the mono canvas in mid 2014 so now it bubbles and peels. I've heard DE and DA are "safe" though. If you really want mono--try to get a pre-loved Artsy. I have one from 2010 and it's perfect--no peeling, bubbling or cracking anywhere. And I use mine a lot!! So sorry you're going through this. It's ridiculous!

It's so weird it's just the Mono print.
You would think they would go back to the old mono canvas.
 
He old canvas may be too costly to make the old mono canvas. They may be saving money by using this new version of the mono canvas.


I think someone said a while back it was switched to help prevent cracking. I have bought a few different styles of mono bags and accessories over the past few months and only had a problem with the totally. I'm definitely not giving up buying mono. I really don't think it's everything mono. (Just my opinion!) I love mono and LV has been great to work with if I've had any issues on any of my bags [emoji4]

Thank you 😊. It may also be that at heart I'm really more of a leather girl than a canvas girl😊. Canvas is pretty to be but a just really love the look and feel of the leather handbags.

Are you having issues with your delightful? I'm sorry that's happening, everyone here is noticing a decline in the quality, at least for the mono peeling issues.. 😕

Omg that's horrible! ! Do you live close to an LV boutique? That's unacceptable! I'm so sorry about that's happening . I did notice that the leather tab is sooo soft and, almost rubber like. I have barely used mine and I'm already thinking about selling it . I just don't think I can take care of an azur bag, but seeing this just makes me think twice about purchasing another lv. 😠😠

No It's 9hrs drive I have couriered them the bag, it's been ten days now. They said unless they receive a mail from direct lv to allow the replacement they cannot do anything much.My store have mailed them am still waiting 😢😢😢

Awww. That's horrible 😠😠 I feel for you . So upsetting .. actually it pisses me off. That's not right, I had issues with my 11 mth old speedy, they exchanged it on the spot when I went to the store. I know your bag is new, you shouldn't have to wait for an e-mail from LV to approve an exchange/return. Have you tried speaking to another rep ? That's ridiculous!
