Sorry to hear that your replacement is peeling....
I think you should bring it back and opt for a store credit. I wouldn't keep a defective bag.
Store credit is the same as cash - it never expires. The manager of my local store confirmed this before.
Have you thought about getting an entirely different style? That might be your best bet. If not, I would still bring it in ASAP and get a store credit until the issue is fixed. Yes, I understand it's a pain going without a bag, but I would never settle on a defective bag, or let it get "worse"...
I mean, it almost sounds like the peeling isn't hugely bothersome to you(?) If that's the case, then I would just keep your bag, use it and enjoy it. More power to you.
Also: LV doesn't have a warranty on their bags. In fact, where is Charleston-Mom? She's very knowledgable on this subject. It is usually left to the discretion of the store manager - and who knows, there could be a turnaround in staff by the time you get around to exchanging it.
Thank you for responding. I was hoping you would

I thought I would hold onto it in the hopes the issue would be resolved soon and then exchange it again. But now that you mentioned there is no warranty on their bags, I'm afraid that another store manager will do nothing for me. I will go back this weekend and just get merchandise credit unless I could decide on another bag. However, I'm worried about this issue on all canvas monogram bags.
It absolutely bothers me that it is defective. It is very frustrating. I honestly wish I never decided on purchasing this headache of a bag now.
It's a great relief that the merchandise credit doesn't expire. Thank you for your information
