I just read through a lot of this and wanted to say good luck everyone keep bringing this to LV's attention, so infuriating I'm sure! I was thinking of selling my 2012 Artsy to fund a Port now there is nooo way, lol. I'll be keeping that year, I wonder what they changed recently and I hope they fix it!
Artsy and new canvas issues?

I'm an artsy owner and I haven't had any issues with my canvas (made in Spain 2011), but my speedy b de is a different story, I noticed it had some cracks coming from the stitching! I just came from LV and they replaced my bag for me. I'm worried about purchasing canvas bags from LV. I hope they fix this problem. Here is a pic of the cracking, this bag is less than a year old!
About a month ago I had posted that the canvas on my delightful was peeling!! Luckily enough my SA replaced it with a brand new one! Home free I thought!! Well I thought wrong! I haven't even had my replacement for a month and today I found peeling on it! Idk what to do! Please help should I replace it for the new style delightful bc it was the old style that keeps peeling on me or should I relace it with an entirely different bag???
No it's the old version so idk if I should have it replaced with the new version?? I'm hoping the new version won't have this problem. I just don't like that the new version is smaller
It's in mono. Both have stArted peeling around the bottom back then spread along the whole bag
So sorry to hear this. The peeling has to do with the canvas used end of 2014 until now. So even though your bag may be the old model, it probably was manufactured within this time frame. What is the date code ?
So does anyone know if this has been corrected by LV? My store manage did replace mine 3 times but wanted to send pics this time. I am waiting. Hopefully here today. She said I was the only ine from her store with this issue. She was very nice but still made me feel that it was my fault. I even asked me gf to look at her artsy over the weekend. And sure enough she is the same thing happening. She didn't even notice. I think a lot of people just aren't noticing. LV stire manage told me that all my returns so far have just Ben shredded. So the issue was not even brought to anyone's attention. That is why I had her send pics instead of returning. They need to fix this issue. And I agree the purses she be pulled from the shelves. That's why it frustrates me that the manage ascot like it's just me. Either eay its a defective ourse and shouldn't be sold. I want this ourse though. This he been going on for awhile so anyone know of it's been corrected.
