I ended up returning my Delightful earlier this week. None of the SAs were surprised by the peeling. My SA sort of shook her head in disappointment at the quality and gave me a store credit no questions asked. She advised me not to repurchase the Delightful for now and to wait until they resolved it. She also acknowledged that the Artsy canvas has been a huge problem for LV already. On my way out she walked with me outside of the store for a while and told me she was leaving LV for Hermes. Maybe she is sick of the issues too. Either way, I am sad to lose a trustworthy SA,
