Hello again,
I would like to ask if anyone from Australia has ordered on farfetch. Does the duties & taxes included in the prices of the items in FF? Have you experienced paying extra fees upon arrival of your parcel?
Does anyone have an experience buying from Stefania Mode? How was the packaging and the item itself?
Planning to purchase a pair of shoes from that boutique, but not quite sure if this boutique serves a good quality product.
Also, what boutiques do you think is the best to purchase items in ff?
Thanks
Sorry to hear about that. Contact Farfetch, their customer service is excellent, they should deal with DHL.Just wondering if anyone has ever had issues with mis-delivery of an item, and if so, how farfetch handled it. Hopefuly, it turns out to not be an issue, but I was supposed to receive delivery today from DHL of a pair of Valentino flats.,,,so they cost a pretty penny. I checked the tracking and they said they were delivered and someone name GORNAN accepted delivery. I certainly did not accept delivery and have no idea who GORNAN is. I already contacted DHL and they are trying to track down the package. I am really irked. This is my first time using DHL in this area and so far it is a bust. If DHL is unable to locate the package, does anyone know how farfetch handles such things? I am planning to contact farfetch also to let them know what is going on.
Thanks, I have already contacted both Farfetch and DHL. They have both already gotten back in contact with me. I hope whoever signed for my shoes contacts DHL. I have very small feet (5.5US) so the vast majority of people wouldn't be able to wear the shoes anyway.Sorry to hear about that. Keep us posted what ends up happening and hope it will all turn out wellThanks, I have already contacted both Farfetch and DHL. They have both already gotten back in contact with me. Farfetch called again today to get the investigation started. They kept apologizing for the inconveince of the mis-delivered package which was nice, but IMO, is not their fault. The mis-delivered package rests entirely on the head of DHL. DHL had my correct address and my name, yet the driver made a delivery to who knows where with someone with a name that definitely is not my name. I have already checked with my neighbors and none of them received the package. None of their names match what the delivery name anyway. I don't think I have ever used DHL before. It is usually FedEx, UPS, or USPS depending on the website. I have never had a mis-delivered package with any of them. Why can't DHL deliver the package correctly if every other delivery service can deliver just fine??? I also haven't heard back from DHL since yesterday. I have also been browsing craigslist, ebay, etsy to make sure no one in this area lists my shoes for sale. No luck so far.Keep us posted what ends up happening and hope it will all turn out well
I know, it's frustrating, DHL kept charging me irrelevantly high custom fees and I had to dispute it. Luckily Farfetch ships with Duties paid, and they most likely will refund you or send replacement. They have a contract with DHL, so they'l settle it between them.Farfetch called again today to get the investigation started. So glad to hear about happy ending! but it's so annoying that it takes so much much time because of someone's stupid mistake. farfetch is awesome though!Well, apparently when Ferfetch called DHL, the DHL driver said that the person in the downstairs apartment signed for them and to leave the box outside my apartment door. First, there is no one living in the downstairs apartment so who signed for the shoes I wonder...hmmm? The driver apparently left the box outside the back door of my upstairs neighbors apartment...not mine. So they weren't discovered until Farfetch called back with the news today. Luckily, it has been good weather here so the shoes are fine. But the DHL guy is an idiot. There is NO ONE in the downstairs apartment. The lady moved out over a week ago and they landlords (my sister and brother-in-law) haven't started doing any work down there yet to prep it for new tenants. So me thinks the DHL guy signed for it and then left it on my neighbors back deck...not mine. So luckily, I have my shoes and they are fine and fit fine. So cheers to Farfetch for sorting everything out in a very timely manner, and a major BOO! for DHL employing such a moronic delivery man.
Does anyone know when the farfetch sale is?
first it will be private sale via email access for existing customers, then about a week later it will be public.Does anyone know when the farfetch sale is?
