Anyone ever purchase at farfetch.com?

Hello, I work for farfetch.com and the reason that US customers often have to pay the extra import duty is because they are buying from European boutiques within the farfetch.com network. If you buy from the US boutiques in the network, there's no duty. We do understand that it is annoying, but we can't really do anything about it. As far as shipping times go, we aim to ship the day of the order, or the day after, depending on time of order, and your order should be with you within 5 days with standard shipping, using UPS. I hope that helps.
What about for Australia?

My first time ordering from farfetch and I was quite impressed.I placed an order from a boutique in Milan and another one from Spain, both the items were received within 2 days after the payment.cheers.

And a big shoutout to this boutique ottodisanpietro in Spain. My SLP boots were very nicely packed with a monogrammed ribbon on it.and they also included a handwritten note :) The other store in Milan didn't really care about these details but I absolutely love the items I received from them.I am a happy camper😊

I ordered a small givenchy antigona from the farfetch website, the Vitkac boutique in Poland to be specific, around 2 weeks ago. It arrived to Kuwait within 3 days and it was beautifully packaged, the handles were supported with bubble wrap and the bag was wrapped in both a dustbag and bubble wrap, then tissue paper with bolsters on the sides and top so it wouldn't slide around in the box. The bag was pristine [emoji173]️

I love Farfetch and have ordered from them multiple times. Shipping is always very fast. I ordered a pair of Valentino sandals from a boutique in London on Sunday evening. I wanted them for my trip to LA and was worried they wouldn't be delivered in time so I had them shipped to a Farfetch boutique in LA. They made it there in less than 48 hours and the day before I did.

Seriously considering buying from SL Jodie/Tribute sandals (on sale!). I only worry because I live in South Korea and don't know how the address and shipping situation works and my Korean is not the best...I'm thinking about shipping the items to my U.S. address, but then I wouldn't be able to see them in long time.

I have bought a isseymiyake baobao bag from farfetch and the authenticity card that came with the bag is not stamp by the boutique. Recently i brought my bag to my local store for repair and got rejected as they cannot accept the authenticity card without stamping by the boutique i got my bag. Wrote back to farfetch and try to get their help to get the boutique stamp my card but they are taking so long to handle my request. Anyone has similar incident from farfetch b4? Thanks

Hi guys.Does anyone on here know how much/percentage duty/tax we have to pay upon receiving good from Europe to New York, USA? Is it close to 9%?Any help is appreciated.thx.

If you are buying from farfetch there are no extra fees such as duty or tax. All of the fees if any are included in the price at checkout.

It depends on the country actually, i think for within Europe and US you guys dont have to pay tax, but im from new zealand and had to pay twice for two separate orders i placed within a week. Ouch! Good thing it was worth it cos I loved what i bought, but lesson learnt :(
