Found a Chloe Marcie tote via Smets in Luxembourg- came out to $570 because of the 30% off promo last week. Well, after a whole week and not hearing anything I contacted Farfetch- turns out it's out of stock. They already charged me & will be refunding me, but I'm super bummed. Anyone else get canceled on?

Ugh. So after my bag was cancelled, they relisted it! Only this time no 30% off. I tried to contact customer service and they never got back to me. Horrendous.
Sadly by the time I tried, someone else bought the bag. I may write to Farfetch again, but this situation was crazy. I think the boutique realized the bag went for much less than it should've, so they just cancelled and relisted the identical bag.
The stores on Boulesse.com (https://boulesse.com/de/) are located in Austria and Munich, so there are definitely no customs issues for shipping to Germany. But the shops selling there are mainly in the interior/tableware category. Fashion covers a couple of gent's brands (Cesare Attolini, Maria Santangelo, E. Marinella, Bontoni).
I had overall good experience with FF. I bought several bags and shoes. One order was cancelled because they ran out of stock,it took them a little long to issue refund. another one I returned because it was too small, return was easy and was processed timely. All other orders were great and I'm pretty happy about them.
I ordered a very cute bag "Antigona meets Stella McQartney meets Celine". it was very well made but unfortunately too small to hold my stuff, it's going back.
