I have never bought anything from farfetch but I would tell you this, if you ever want to buy anything make sure you always check the reviews or any thread here on TPF there would be a thread about it. It also have different types of boutique around the world and there are over 300 boutique to choose from[emoji5]️ which is great because it makes your shopping experience exciting!! Usually when you see something you like and it's cheap as well from saving time to buy in retail. It usually depends on the boutique you choose and it will make your shopping experience a happy one. It's safe but just make sure you read thread on here[emoji5]️ but good luck and make sure to post a picture when you got your order. Right now they are having a free shipping thing going on!!!

I have been shopping with farfetch for the past few years and have always been happy with my experiences. I find FF good for full price items since with the exchange rate, you'll be saving quite a bit of money. They have good sales but US retailers usually discount bigger and sooner; but toward the end of the season you can find a lot of gems with FF since they offer extra 20%.

My favorite shops are Biondini (Paris) and Vitkac (Poland). I probably have over 25 orders from these two boutiques alone. They package their items nicely and ships super fast. Nothing has ever taken more than a week and typically I receive them in about 2-3 business days after placing the order.

Just had a lovely experience with Uzerai in Poland. Ordered a pair of Shaun Leane earrings from them 3 days ago and they were here on the West Coast of the USA today. Well-packaged and exactly as described.

Hi Everyone!

I ordered a Givenchy Nightingale Micro in Burgundy yesterday from FarFetch, and I received it this morning! Delighted with how quickly it was delivered, from the store "Liska" in Vienna, but I have a few issues with the bag.

There is a whiteish scuff/mark on the back, and the silver hardware zips are not shiny, in fact they are quite "mouldy" looking?
Also the long strap of the bag was just shoved into the bag, with a white plastic tie stretched out, tying the strap and its closure to the little zip compartment inside the bag.

The boutiques tag was also ripped off and just shoved inside the bag.

All of the above has me concerned about the newness of the bag, and I am a bit worried about the returns process from other peoples reviews on farfetch online.

Does anyone know anything about their boutique in Vienna - "Liska"? and if they are ok to deal with for customer service?

Thank you for any advice at all :)

Made my first purchase at Farfetch. I ordered D&G booties from a boutique in Italy. Bought them for 300€ less- so made a great deal. I hope everything will be fine.

hi ,

Has anyone every shopped with a boutique called 'Gallery' locating in Andorra? Any reviews/feedbacks? It was my first order on the Farfetch.com and I am having some problems.

I locate in Europe, and I ordered a pair of Isabel Marant boots which my size was sold out on Matchfashion.com (otherwise I would have ordered them on Matchfashion).

I ordered them on Sunday while I received no confirmation for tracking up till today. Online account says 'order dispatched' with an DHL tracking number while even the customer service from Farfetch couldn't track the parcel. (I ordered a bag on Matchfashion at the same moment and I have received my Matchfashion order today!)

Has anyone even had similar experience before? any minds? I am more than appreciated.

thanks.xxoo

I think most of the FF stores have been curated by the company themselves so I wouldn't worry too much. I've never had a problem ordering from them. My only issue? The $24 shipping charge :(

Farfetch is great, I've had a couple of out of stock issues with their site but I guess that's what happens when you're buying from boutiques, it's hard for them to keep their stock up-to-date online and sell in store simulatenously!

trouva.com is another great site for fashion & accessories from European and Scandi brands, it's boutiques seem to be mainly in the UK- at the moment int. shipping is free over $75. Such a good find!

Just wanted to mention that I had a quick and easy purchase via Farfetch. My Golden Goose sneakers shipped from (what looks like) a cute boutique in Italy. Item arrived in perfect condition and very quickly, thanks to DHL.

I didn't get a sweet handwritten note, nor was the shoebox prettily wrapped like some others have gotten from individual Farfetch stores, but, I am still very happy with the purchase. Especially with the free shipping promo :woohoo:

Thumbs up! :smile1:
