I've bought from Feathers directly (online) as well as through Farfetch and they're fine. They've been in business for a long time. The packaging was nothing special but I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them if they had an item I wanted at a good price :)

Just reporting back- I ordered my 3.1 Phillip Lim Pashli from O' boutique on Saturday, and it was in my hot little hands Thursday morning... from Italy to Perth, Australia in 5 days! It was packaged beautifully, was brand-spankin' new (all the padding covering the hardware, etc) and is in perfect condition. I can't recommend shopping with O' boutique highly enough. Big thumbs up from me. :tup:

I received my first order from Farfetch today, a Givenchy Mini Antigona from Vitkac in Poland and for the most part it was a positive experience. I always debate too long about purchases usually spending forever online looking for reviews and by the time I make up my mind whatever I want is gone so this time I acted fast, but was terrified of what I would end up with after I saw horrible reviews for Vitkac.

I ordered on Thursday and was expecting the bag tomorrow (Tues) based on the tracking so I was shocked DHL delivered today on a holiday! I almost missed them. My bag came double-boxed in the dustbag and stuffed with the handles wrapped. All of the paperwork was secure inside the bag.

The only issue I had which turned into a positive for me was that the hardware was silver instead of gold as listed. I really wanted the silver hardware to begin with but the deal for what they had listed as gold was so good ($558 off from the US price, no tax, free shipping) I took the plunge. Also, it was listed as the small size but the picture and measurements were for the mini. If I was really wanting the small with gold hardware I would have been quite disappointed with Farfetch but for me, it all worked out.

Anyone have experience with their return policy? There is a bag that I have never seen the color in person and it is discontinued. Would love to buy it but wondering what the return process will be like?

I have to admit I shop based on best price! I ordered boots from Loschi, a handbag from Apropos, a jacket from The Corner Berlin - everything came beautifully packaged (scented tissue paper and pink feathers from Apropos!) and in perfect, brand new condition. I wound up returning the boots and made sure to do it within the rather tight time frame.

I think they offered free shipping and returns at the time so I don't recall having to pay for the return. The issue is that there is a short window - 2 weeks I believe - so the item needs to go back within a few days of your receipt to make sure that it gets back overseas on time (if the order came internationally). But I have not had any problems with the items themselves, all of which looked new and came very well packaged. Knock on wood for purchase number 4! Will update you when it comes (scheduled for early next week).
