A quick update on my return status.

Contacted customer service about the ex display bag, was sent return instructions. DHL picked up the bag on Monday (17th) and it arrived at the boutique today, so the return process was quick. Received email just now with my refund, BUT, they didn't refund my postage like they said they would! Back to customer service...

I just ordered a Givenchy antigona bag from a boutique called, Bonvicini, located in Italy. The price is amazing, nearly half that of the retail price in the U.S. Yet, after reading the posts in this thread was a bit concern  Has anyone ordered from Bonvicini before?

I've not purchase from that boutique, but I have from several other Italian boutiques and have never been disappointed. I'm confident all will be fine!

I bought a Fendi Demi Jour from Stefania Mode@ Farfetch and the magnetic catch broke on the first day. I sent it back and promptly got a refund. I also got a refund for the import taxes that I paid. (pics at Fendi forum)

Then I ordered a Fendi wallet from the same outlet. Everything looks good but the Fendi box looks like a cheap homemade fake. I didnt make a complaint but I dont think I can trust buying from Farfetch anymore. I am worried that they are selling knock-offs

Dear, I just got my bag yesterday. They shipped fast. I ordered my bag on Monday afternoon, and Bonvicini shipped on Tuesday morning. In terms of the packaging, they put the bag inside a huge cardboard box , which is good, as the bag wont easy get hurt during her journey. There are papers wrapping the bag too, but theres seems not enough and I have a feel the bag must have been dancing around the box @@. Theres also no protective stickers on the hardware. Yet, the bag comes perfectly without any scratch and I am very happy with my purchase overall.:loveeyes::heart:

is this dark beige?

I have purchased from Farfetch a few times. I bought bags, accessories, shoes and jacket. All from different boutiques. They shipped fast and the packaging was adequate. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. The saving due to exchange rate is amazing right now.

I had a few good experiences with FarFetch, but after my most recent one I will never shop with them again. Unfortunately there was a dispute (the boutique claimed my return wasn't received in time despite UPS records confirming it was). FarFetch was very difficult to get ahold of and their customer service was terrible. It took about 5-6 weeks to finally get my refund after a nonstop back and forth. Ultimately I had to file a dispute with my credit card company for them to finally refund the money.

All in all I would only recommend FarFetch if you are 100% you want the item...the returns process is a mess and not worth the hassle.

I sometimes shop at farfetch when I want items that are difficult to find or are cheaper than other places. Service...depends on the boutique primarily. I think if you can, try to do a search on the boutique you're buying from before you purchase anything on farfetch. Some boutiques are quite accommodating and package their stuff really well, respond quickly to issues etc. whilst others are just ridiculously bad as in no care for the item they're sending out etc.

One thing I don't like is the expensive shipping! And buying from Farfetch CAN be a hit and miss at times, especially if the boutique you're dealing with doesn't take care of the items they're sending but CS is generally fast and returns are quite easy.

hello everyone, I just wanted to ask if a boutique in far fetch call "Feathers" in London, United kingdom is a good place to shop on far fetch since i heard bad reviews about it and I'm a little worry about it.:crybaby::shucks:
