Received my first FarFetch order this afternoon! Ordered the Chloe Marcie Small Crossbody (on sale!) on Sunday, received Tuesday (today) and everything was packaged nicely including dust bag + tags. I was really surprised at how fast it delivered considering it was coming from VITKAC in Poland.. Happy shopper here!
i've been ordering from farfetch for the past 3 years and so far eveything goes smoothly.
i think their prices are great compared to other online stores and the shipping is fast.

I ordered my Saint Laurent wallet from there last year and was really happy with their service. Shipping was fast and the item was nicely packaged. I think it depends on the boutique your item is coming from though, since they'll be the ones shipping your purchase.
Okay I have now bought 3 items off far fetch. The times for shipping varied. One took 3 days. Which was a fendi Wallet for my boyfriend. He loves it. It came in the fendi box and was brand spanking new. I purchased a Moschino biker bag in white. It came in 6 days including processing and shipping. Which is amazing. Last item I bought a pair of Valentino Rockstud pumps. I shipped them to Miami instead since I am going there for vacation.
All items I got were on sale and they weren't damaged and wrapped wonderfully. The items sent seemed were well taken care of. I am very impressed with this website because they offer a lot of good brands with taxes and duties included and It adds up to be cheaper then buying at boutiques. The sale items Are also amazing and especially when they offer and extra 20% off because that covers the shipping costs and more.

i bought these last Friday. Still waiting for shipping. Stefania mode was the boutique I purchased my Moschino bag from.
I had another positive experience purchasing from FF. I bought another Ferragamo bag on sale from a boutique callled Tricot; price was great, almost $500 cheaper than the sale price in the US. Shipping and packaging was great, the bag is brandnew. I will definitely order from them again.

i bought a bally flat from farfetch from a boutique - Nugnes 1920
their packaging was crappy... shoes was sent in wrong size and seems like used one..

I've posted a little bit about this but here's my more detailed experience of Farfetch:
I have bought a few items in past that were fine.
I ordered a suede coat from L'Eclaireur in Paris - a boutique which by the way I always buy at when in Paris, and I LOVE them in person.
The coat was covered in oily stains and had clearly been worn by someone with body lotion or suntan oil on -
Farfetch customer service was like talking to a wall. It seemed to take multiple emails to even be clear : THIS ITEM IS DAMAGED. They were pretty rude, as well. However, they found another coat in the same size at the boutique and said they'd do an exchange.
I returned the coat and I got a refund - no exchange. I asked Farfetch about this and they were all "Oops, sorry, whatever".
I did try contacting L'Eclaireur directly but no response.
I wanted the coat pretty badly so I ordered another one through FF from Nike in Italy. This one was in perfect condition but it was the wrong size
I returned it.
At no point despite multiple requests were my over $20 each way shipping costs refunded, despite them sending me a disgusting used coat and a coat in the wrong size.
The happy news is the same coat went on sale at Luisaviaroma and I ordered directly from them. As always they are lovely and the coat was perfect, and at this point I saved around 35% on it
I would not use Farfetch again except if desperate for a specific item, and I would assume that if I have to return all shipping costs, etc. would be at my risk. I can't believe this business continues to intake financing at such a high rate.

I just bought a Chloe Drew from Farfetch on Thursday and it arrived Monday morning! Tracking it on DHL was also very easy (Portugal to Hong Kong)
I bought my stuff from a boutique called Stivali in Lisbon, and the bag came with a dust bag then wrapped very nicely with lots of tissue paper from their store. They also tied a ribbon around the whole thing and included a handwritten note thanking me for the purchase
I think it really depends on the boutique itself, sometimes sellers are really good, and sometimes not so great :/ They really ought to do some QC.

I've never ordered from Farfetch.com before but I desperately want to order this bag and they are the only ones online that have it in this color - coffee brown. Thanks in advance for your inputs!
I have purchased several bags and a few shoes, a total of about 6-8 items from Farfetch since 2013 and never had any problems and delivery/packaging was great. Granted I knew the correct sizing for the shoes. I am a bit skeptical of buying something that may need to be returned. I had one not so great experience with cust service when I paid for an item that wound up being out of stock and my money was not refunded when they said it was. Luckily PayPal got on it and my money was reimbursed tout suite. But not for Paypal, I don't know what would have happened.
