Oh dear. Sorry to hear that you had difficulties with them. Certainly not cool of FF to make you wait a whole week without any updates. Which boutique were you shopping from?
It's called Biondini Paris. They actually have good review but my personal experience was so unpleasant. I'm not blaming the boutique entirely, fartfetch has to take responsibility too.

Wow I seem to be in a minority here! I've placed a few orders on farfetched and not had any issues..

I think to date, I've perhaps bought 5 items and returned 2.

My items have always arrived in quite a timely fashion (anywhere from 3-4 days to 7 days) which seems reasonable given I'm in Australia. The returns process was quite easy and I am always grateful when they cover return charges.

My latest purchase was a Ferragamo Sofia bag which arrived in its dustbag, with all hardware wrapped in paper as I would expect. She's gorgeous! My previous purchases have included several pairs of Jimmy Choo shoes (some of which I have had to return because of sizing or style issues) but have all been BNIB and as described.

I guess it all probably varies depending on which boutique...?

Can you please note which boutiques you purchased from? Seems like there is a big difference depending on the boutique.

Perhaps my expectations weren't so high re: packaging etc.

My latest purchase was from Divo. Prices were amazing, bag arrived within the dust bag but no Ferragamo box (didn't really bother me) and she was in perfect condition. No hand written note, but while that's a nice touch, I don't really expect one.

I can't actually remember the names of the other boutiques but the first one did include a hand written note and was all nicely wrapped with ribbons and everything... will see what I can dig up!

ETA: I think I've bought from Biodini in the past too... the name rings a bell!

Hello All! I ordered a Ferragamo Fiamma bag from FarFetch, boutique Eraldo, last Sunday.
It took 3 days for FF to confirm my payment details, just dispatched for shipping today.

Will keep you posted when I receive my package.

Hi there,

Has anyone purchased from this boutique called Donne Concept Store Italy? I'm about to make a purchase on Farfetch and thought I'd come here to see if anyone has had any experience yet. I'm a little confused because I'm seeing different prices based on different stores? Like originally it would cost 1.4k and then when I picked the store it changed to 903.

Why is there so much of a price difference? Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi everyone.

I also would like to put my input on here. Since the beginning of this post I am sure the customer service has hopefully changed drastically because they do have a telephone now lol. I recently ordered a Moschino biker bag for $1210.00

It had two different postings for it one was reg price and the other was half off which makes me concerned only because I hope I am not getting a tattered defected bag. But it must be new if they've got so many in stock. The only confusing thing is that the pricing has two one on sale and another not. I also purchased a Fendi wallet for my boyfriend. So far they've been really helpful. I bug them a lot about when my package will arrive and I'm always emailing them to ask questions so far so good. I will keep everyone updated.

My bag was shipped from a store in Italy called stefania mode.

I also read that the rules about far fetch and they Guarantee next day delivery/ shipment of your item after it is ordered.

Don't forget to look at all the fabulous sales they're having right now. I have gone handbag crazy this season. ( I assume the companies are poor, that's why the discounts are so large this season ) :)

Happy shopping ladies. [emoji3]

Yes I've purchased from Donne Concept Store and they're very nice. Actually I'm using a personally written thank you note for purchasing from them as a bookmark right now :D
The reason for the price differences is that more than one farfetch boutique has the item you want in stock and some boutiques are on sale and some aren't, or some have reduced prices by 20% and others by 40% for example. So at Tessabit store for example the price may be $750 but the same bag or shoes may be 1k at Biondini store - you only know the true price and which store it's coming from when you click on the item to add it to your shopping cart.

Oh damn, I missed my chance. Dropped an email to the customer service and they only replied today. I also just saw your response, and by the time I read both my size was gone. Bummer! ):

Thanks sooo much for the reassurance though, I really appreciate it! I'm not in the UK so returns are really a hassle for me.

Hello! I thought I'd chip in with my experience. I've placed two orders and it's been great so far. Typically my order was confirmed and shipped within 2 days.

The first one was a DvF clutch from the boutique Dolci Trame in Italy. Got my order in 4-5 days including shipping. It was packaged well and the clutch itself was in great condition.

My most recent order was a Stella McCartney Mini Falabella Tote from Julian Fashion, Italy which I also received in 4 days(including shipping). Also packaged really well and in pristine condition.

But I'd like to know if products on sale tend to be the ones damaged rather than full price ones? Both my purchases were full price but I did use promo codes and ordered them when they had free shipping.

Just received my order today from Eraldo, it took 4 days to ship to Vancouver.
The packaging was ok, no Ferragamo box just dust bag. No thank you note, I wasn't too concerned about that really.

The exterior of the bag is in very good condition but the lining inside the Fiamma was not stitched together , as a result I can see the bags bottom from inside.

I have attached pics, not sure if I want to shop from them again to be honest. The bag cost 1850 usd, the entire shipping process was so tedious that I won't be returning the bag. Will take it to a local bag repair to sew up the lining.

I have attached pictures.

I'm thinking Farfetch should set up a central warehouse and should route all shipments from these stores to their warehouse where they can perform quick quality inspections before sending onwards to customers.

I would not mind waiting an extra 2 days if I am fully assured that my purchase will be defect free.
