I've ordered another 4 items from 4 diff shops!
Before that I had ordered something about a month ago which I had to return (immediately). They ONLY processed my return yesterday!!! WTH?? I mean really?
I love FF and the whole concept but they need to eliminate some of their shops that are not up to scratch and improve Customer Service!!!

First package arrived!
SO UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED again *sigh*, another shoe box thrown into the farfetch box. No wrapping, none! And no note! Just the usual return envelope and some advertising of their shop.

I always like to read reviews before buying a purse online...I have made several purchases from Beg, Borrow, and Steal but the price I saw on Farfetch was amazing for a new Chloe Everston Tote....but I was worried after ordering the bag and reading more reviews. Well, lets say I have a gorgeous bag sent from a boutique from Barcelona. Jean Pierre Bua Boutique did a wonderful job on wrapping the bag and also sent a personal note...a special touch!!! I will use Farfetch again and definitely use the Jean Pierre Bua Boutique!!!
I just received my first purchase from Farfetch and I am impressed! It shipped out two days later than said, but I was notified and sent a free shipping code. Then once DHL had the package it was a speedy delivery from Frankfurt to Oregon. The boutique was Vanilla and they wrapped my shoes with the utmost care, lots of tissue paper, a note, and the Farfetch box was sturdily taped. Much nicer shipping than some Nordstroms I've received!
I'd recommend this boutique in the Farfetch network. I wish there was a thread reviewing the boutiques within Farfetch on here. Anyone know of one?

I ordered my PS11 from a boutique in Milan via Farfetch called Julian Fashion. They seem to have been the only one who still had the color I wanted. They initially had trouble confirming my payment so they contacted me, calling me overseas, and requested that I send additional information. Once I did, my order was processed in a few hours, and my item was shipped the next day, a Friday. I got my package on Monday. It was nicely wrapped, with a card signed by the SA who packed my packaged. Overall, I was very happy with the process.

I did not pay attention on the boutique tho...Oh on a side note, it took me some time to figure out the online ordering system. I couldn't find the continue button at the shipping address page and almost gave up. So glad I did not 
Just received my very first order from Farfetch! Ordered a valentino glam lock bag, the package actually arrived 5 days earlier than the expected delivery date, I placed the order on a Saturday, and it was shipped by Monday, so it only took 4 days via DHL. The boutique is located in Italy and I'm in Asia. The bag was wrapped perfectly and placed inside a Farfetch shipping box. The bag I received was in perfect condition! I was a little worried about purchasing a designer bag sight unseen, especially there seems to be mixed reviews about Farfetch. But now I'm more comfortable purchasing from there. Great prices, fast delivery, great tracking update. [emoji4]

I love the selection at Farfetch but haven't been super impressed with them. I've ordered from them about five times and twice I got an email a few days later that the item was actually out of stock. They did give me a $10 credit each time which was very nice.
Another time I ordered pair of Saint Laurent boots through them and they came with seriously damaged zippers. I didn't try to return them because I thought it would be a hassle but I regret it now. I would order through them again but definitely with some reservations

I had some bad experiences with Farfetch (which I posted about previously) so I've been avoiding them but I found a bag I wanted on the Tessabit website (an Italian boutique) and noted (unhappily) that their fulfillment was through Farfetch but I took a deep breath and ordered anyway.
Well, I'm pleased to report that my experience with Tessabit was fantastic! The bag is GORGEOUS, it was packaged carefully (and beautifully) and shipped with lightning speed (ordered Friday, arrived to the West Coast of the US on Monday). I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I'd definitely order from Tessabit again.
