SO UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED again *sigh*, another shoe box thrown into the farfetch box. No wrapping, none! And no note! Just the usual return envelope and some advertising of their shop.

I had the same experience and the box was severely damaged the boots ordered had some stains on then which my hubby was able to remove.. But in the end I returned as it didn't fit well. I do not recommend this site.
 
Hi, I've been meaning to post here about my purchase from Farfetch. Like others, I was very hesitant to order from the website and the store I was purchasing from since it looked new to the website but it was the only one carrying the PS1 crossbody. I decided to take the plunge since I found a 10% coupon on the forum.

I placed my order at night and two days later it arrived! The package was wrapped fine, it wasn't the prettiest presentation I've ever seen. My bag came wrapped with the original box, authenticity card and care instructions. I did see a small finger print on the mirror inside the bag but it was no big deal, I figured they just took it off the sales floor. Other than that, I would definitely order from them again!

I also posted pictures on the Proenza "authenticate this" forum just to double check its legit (because you never know) and Ellie was super helpful! The boutique I purchased from was Luisa Boutique.
 
I've been really pleased with all my Farfetch orders. Prices are great and, so far, the shipping has been excellent (quick turnaround and carefully packaged by the boutiques). My most recent order was made last Friday and shipped the next day to arrive here in Australia on Monday.
 
My experience with Farfetch was awful. GENTE ROMA sent me a used Valentino Rockstud tote. The clasp was all scratched out, the leather had a few scratches and the bag had some glitter inside.

Farfetch did absolutely nothing to make the situation better or to keep me as a 1st time buyer. Gente Roma offered an insulting $57 off lol Mind you, I asked before buying the bag and FF told me the bag was BRAND NEW!!

I was going to return the bag, but after the lie about the bag being brand new, them being so difficult to deal with and Gente Roma sending a used bag, I was afraid to send the bag back and have Gente Roma accuse me of using the bag and not give me a refund or just give me a partial one.

I was fed up of deaing with them, so I kept the bag. It was safer and anything to not deal with them anymore.

I did video myself with my phone while opening the box, after reading so many FF horror stories, especially the one where someone ordered a very expensive bag and received a box with a blazer and a pair of cutout jeans shorts in it. Better safe than sorry, you know?
 
has anyone had any experience with returns ? I'm looking to buy a pair of shoes but new to the site and worried about sizing and returns. Any discount codes would be greatly appreciated too!
 
I placed my first ever order from FF. There is no email confirmation!? I checked my CC activity and did see a pending charge. How do I track the order if I don't even have a number?!

Expecting a delivery from FF on Friday. I have received emails of confirmation and shipping with tracking info. So far so good. Will update by the weekend. Hopefully with good news!
 
Wow I seem to be in a minority here! I've placed a few orders on farfetched and not had any issues..

I think to date, I've perhaps bought 5 items and returned 2.

My items have always arrived in quite a timely fashion (anywhere from 3-4 days to 7 days) which seems reasonable given I'm in Australia. The returns process was quite easy and I am always grateful when they cover return charges.

My latest purchase was a Ferragamo Sofia bag which arrived in its dustbag, with all hardware wrapped in paper as I would expect. She's gorgeous! My previous purchases have included several pairs of Jimmy Choo shoes (some of which I have had to return because of sizing or style issues) but have all been BNIB and as described.

I guess it all probably varies depending on which boutique...?
 
My Fendi 2jours just arrived from FF! I am over the moon! It is perfect. No problems at all. Package took a couple more days to get to me, but that was due to customs in my country.

She was from Loschi boutique, Treviso, Italy. Packaging could have been better, but no damage was done. A really good first experience with FF. May try again if something else on their sales catches my eye.

I had the worst online shopping experience with farfetch recently. Ordered a pair of Valentino rockstud shoes a week ago and the boutique charged my credit card the same day I put the order. However, I have not heard nothing regarding the shipment afterwards. My order status showed "order processing" for a WHOLE WEEK.

I called the customer service to follow up my order, the lady told me that the boutique is preparing my shipment, she said there's a slight delay but they should be shipping it soon.

So I waited another day, still nothing! Called the customer service again, and now they said the size I ordered is NOT AVAILABLE!!!! WTH! It took a whole week for the boutique to find out they didn't have what I ordered? And why didn't the customer service tell me that when I first make the phone call?

The customer service was definitely impatient answering my questions and said "Oh the boutique has another size, do you want it?" Yah right, Farfetch thinks customers would take any replacement even thought they don't fit. Very unpleasant and disappointed experiences.

Oh dear. Sorry to hear that you had difficulties with them. Certainly not cool of FF to make you wait a whole week without any updates. Which boutique were you shopping from?
