I had the worst online shopping experience with farfetch recently. Ordered a pair of Valentino rockstud shoes a week ago and the boutique charged my credit card the same day I put the order. However, I have not heard nothing regarding the shipment afterwards. My order status showed "order processing" for a WHOLE WEEK.
I called the customer service to follow up my order, the lady told me that the boutique is preparing my shipment, she said there's a slight delay but they should be shipping it soon.
So I waited another day, still nothing! Called the customer service again, and now they said the size I ordered is NOT AVAILABLE!!!! WTH! It took a whole week for the boutique to find out they didn't have what I ordered? And why didn't the customer service tell me that when I first make the phone call?
The customer service was definitely impatient answering my questions and said "Oh the boutique has another size, do you want it?" Yah right, Farfetch thinks customers would take any replacement even thought they don't fit. Very unpleasant and disappointed experiences.
