Almost never order because of shipping prices, and items overall tend to be overpriced, but I did once get a pair of Kenzo shoes while they had a free shipping promo and they turned out to be fine. Got them from a boutique in France, can't recall the name exactly though.

My order from BIONDINI arrived quite quickly.
And please noone question authenticy on anything on farfetch. It's all high end merchandise from well known boutiques worldwide!
The only downfall from BIONDINI is their packaging that's all.
Shame, hoping farfetch will tell them to change that.

Thanks demicouture for sharing that. I was sold on the authenticity but my friend got me worried after telling me how her friend got scammed while online shopping. I usually buy brand items from the actual boutique and never attempted buying them online. But rockstud pumps are completely sold out here in Dubai, and we never get patent leather so I was so happy when i found them online and with greater price! Will share my experience and pictures later on !!

I recently purchased an Isabel Marant bag and Valentino boots from 2 Farfetch boutiques. Afterwards, I went online and the reviews of Farfetch are horrible so I was very worried! BUT...both items arrived on time and beautifully packaged. I decided to keep the bag but the boots were too tight so I returned them. I received an email alert once the boutique received the boots and was refunded within 2 weeks. Very happy with the service I received! Clearly different than what was described by others but I imagine there is selection bias with online complaints.

Do you remember which boutique that you sent the boots back ?? I have decided to keep mine because of the online complaints about return. Too much of hassles if there is something wrong with return.

It's my first time dealing with Luisa World and I bought two items in the space of a couple of days.
First I bought a quite expensive Isabel Marant jacket and it arrived on Monday ( a couple of days late because the shipment was delayed by Greek customs) missing the belt. So far I've heard nothing from farfetch except "we're looking into it". I hope it's not a he said/she said situation
I love the jacket and I want to wear it now. . . but it needs the belt! I may end up having to return it. That means I'll be left with trying to get a refund for import taxes & duties...

Sorry to hear that about your experience. Sounds like the customs and farfetch customer service didn't help much..
