Can someone send me a referral code for free shipping?
I clicked on another one but keeps saying, " Unfortunately there has been a delay in processing your reward. Once we have addressed the issue we will email you with the details of the reward so please look out for an email from us in the next few hours. "

After my ordeal on my last orders...(terrible customer service and shop service)
I just placed another order of a few things thanks to free shipping!
Holding high hopes!!!

I had a good experience with my farfetch purchases. Great prices. Wound up returning the Valentino boots and the entire process went smoothly - I did follow instructions very carefully and made sure to return immediately as the shoes did not fit me well. Kept the handbag. Both were on-sale items and came beautifully wrapped - altho the handbag did not come with a dust bag and was not in pristine condition (maybe that of a lightly handled floor model) - but it was more than 50% off for a current season bag so I didn't take much offense to that.

So the last order I received was from LUISA WoRLD... It took a little longer for them to despatch my order but it arrived nice and neatly wrapped with a thank you envelope. I like that! 👌

Hi,
I just bought a sandal from Farfetch, it costs me $765, I bought it from the Paris boutique. I wonder, will I have to pay import duties? It said that import duties is included. I live in San Francisco.

Thanks!!!

I buy from Farfetch all the time (ship to US, not to Dubai as it's a better conversion) and a lot of that is from my favorite Paris boutique, L'Eclaireur. I would rather deal with the boutique directly but Farfetch does not allow that. Duty/import tax is included and in the end it is actually a little cheaper than buying in Paris and paying customs when you arrive in the US.
The entire price you pay gets refunded if you return, although usually shipping does not. I am still arguing with the boutique and Farfetch because they sent me a stained item (over $2300) and I think shipping should be refunded. However in the end it's $25 and for the convenience of access to that much inventory I am accepting of the flaws.

I just ordered something off of farfetch! It's shipping from a boutique in Italy...crossing my fingers for a good result! Shipping was alarmingly high ($24), but I suppose it makes sense considering the fact it's coming from overseas. I could've bought it from a US store, but in the end it just made sense to go for the one from farfetch. Will report back on the overall experience soon.
