I got my Lilico (Sophia Webster) Sandals from Farfetch ..

my pair were in "kinda used" condition .. I did everything I could to get a hold of them so I didn't really care of the condition and im in love with them

Just got my Ysl tribute sandal from a boutique from Paris. I don't recall the name but it starts with B. It was all good. I was pretty impressed with Farfetch. Its definitely a lot cheaper and I put the wrong zip code and i emailed them about it. They helped me so much. Thumbs up for the customer service. :) i know the packaging is not that great, but actually i don't mind. All i care is about my shoe arrived safely. :)

Hi, I am planning on buying a briefcase from Stefania Mode boutique. It says Import Duty Included. Does that mean I might have to pay tax on it when it arrives? I live in Canada. Has anyone in Canada ever purchased from this boutique before? Genta Roma also has the same briefcase but it's more expensive. Anyone bought from them before? :wondering

I just ordered something off of farfetch! It's shipping from a boutique in Italy...crossing my fingers for a good result! Shipping was alarmingly high ($24), but I suppose it makes sense considering the fact it's coming from overseas. I could've bought it from a US store, but in the end it just made sense to go for the one from farfetch. Will report back on the overall experience soon.

UPDATE: So I ordered my item on Dec 3rd. It didn't shipp until Dec 9th, but took only two days to get here after it shipped. Driver brought it to my door, rang the doorbell and left, even though the email said I'd have to sign for it. Box was in tact, and bag nicely wrapped! The bag was in the dustbag, still had tag attached.

Overall, very nice condition. I'm happy with the purchase, but would only use farfetch again if I was sure the overall cost would be cheaper than what I'd find here in the US because shipping is substantial and there are no discounts for sale items. It was cheaper at the time that I bought it, but this week was Lord & Taylor's F&F and so I could've gotten the same bag a bit less. Really the difference isn't much (like $11) - I'm more mad at myself for not being patient!

Hi, I haven't shipped to Canada, but before I ordered my item, I called to confirm whether "import duty included" meant I didn't have to pay extra custom fees, and the customer service rep assured me that what the price after shipping was what it would cost me altogether, fees and all. That's what they charged me, and I haven't seen any extra charges on my bank statement yet!

Hello everyone, I'm a frequent purse forum viewer, but a recent Farfetch issue has caused to to officially sign-up and possibly seek advice from anyone that has experienced something similar.

I recently purchased a coat from Farfetch, and received it within just a couple of days...so far, so good. The jacket didn't fit, so I sent it back the next day, and strictly followed all guidelines on the site about how to return an item.

Fast forward a week, and I get an email explaining that the jacket did not have a Farfetch tag attached and therefore the return was denied by the boutique. I have pictures of the jacket I took after receiving it and there was NO farfetch tag, only the designers tag. Apparently Farfetch is contacting the boutique etc. about the issue, but this whole situation is incredibly frustrating and gives me caution about Farfetch.

I will of course update my situation (hopefully with good news) when this issue is resolved, and any help from others would be incredibly helpful!

Thanks for sharing your experience! In Canada, I've been hit with a large duty/tax chages before so I was concerned.

I detailed my issue in a prior post, but just curious if anyone's had luck dealing with Farfetch customer service??

I keep getting told they're looking into this issue through emails, but idk...it seems like it's taking several days and nothing seems to ever actually happen. Hope I'm wrong, but thoughts??

I'm not sure how you've been in communication with them, but the times I spoke with customer service for my order was via phone and live chat. They will have to be a bit more timely in their response when you're speaking with them directly in real time vs. corresponding via email. If you have not already, my suggestion would be to try and get someone on the phone and demand some answers - even take it up with the rep's higher up.

Thanks for the suggestion...

I have tried calling Farfetch a few times, and have gotten through to a representative maybe twice. Both times I was told that the person working on my particular issue was out of the office and a note would be left for them that I called.

This person does email back within a day or so usually, but I'm just really worried my issue will get brushed aside and I'll get stuck paying for an item that I returned immediately and in same condition as I received it.

Gosh, that is frustrating! Just keep being persistent, that seems to be all you can do at this point. Don't be afraid to take it to the next level if you aren't getting the answers you deserve in a timely manner...this is your money! Best of luck, keep us updated.

I took the risk and placed an order for a jacket I have had my eye on for a while. It was sold out in my size everywhere in the U.S. (And about $300 more) I spoke to someone in customer service to make sure there would be no added taxes/fees..made the order yesterday and I recived an email this morning confirming that the package has already shipped. The jacket is from a boutique called Spazio Pritelli in Italy. It will be my first time ordering from Farfetch and am hoping everything will go smoothly!
