Hi All
I just ordered sale items on FarFetch and did what it said with promo code etc, but it did not display the new total less 20%...and the email that I have received confirming my purchase gives me the total not including the extra 20%. Has the promo code worked for everyone else??

I bought a bag for my cousin using the promo code and it did work for me. But I had to go through a couple of tries before I realized that after you type the promo code in, you have to click on the add code button that pops up to actually add it. Perhaps that's where the problem is? I should think calling or emailing customer service should solve your problem.

The text says the 20% off only applies to sale items. Were your items from the sale?

I am glad it worked out for you. It didn't work out for me. I didn't get the discount and they emailed to say they are not able to apply the discount. Maybe it depends on the person working that day. I am not impressed with farfetch customer service. Cannot imagine net a porter responding the same way.

Hi everyone, I just ordered from Farfetch yesterday and I wanted to share the free shipping cost coupon (Cause theres no way I was going to pay 30 euros to shipping, haha)


The coupon code is LOSTINTRANSLATION
It expires on the 10th of August though!

They just sent out an email that shipping is free for non-sale items only though. But I think the coupon code will work for sale items!

I love farfetch, BUT have a very serious problem with BIONDINI PARIS! Second time I order with them and it's the worst shopping experience! It's literally just the shoe box thrown into the farfetch box. No wrapping, no note, no nothing!!! They are a joke and give farfetch a bad name for all the great shops out there who go the extra mile to make your shopping fun!
BIONDINI is the biggest shoe retailer and own most of the big brands, this is NOT acceptable! ImageUploadedByPurseForum1407067858.518539.jpg

My purchase came from them also, and can confirm my packaging was just the same! The shoe box was even a little larger than the FarFetch box causing it to stretch and tear in places....

I had the same issue with this Boutique,ordered a pair of Giuseppe Zanotti Sandals and it felt no care was put into the packaging.😡
