Anyone ever purchase at farfetch.com?

I ordered some Saint Laurent pants from Stefania boutique in Italy and I literally recieved my pants in a plastic bag in the Farfetch box. Not even any tissue paper. So disappointing 😪

That's so disappointing. I usually expect a little care in packaging.

I just ordered two items from Vanilla shoes and bags in Germany. They did a lovely job with lots of tissue paper, a nice card and ribbon. Very happy!

I had the same issue with this Boutique,ordered a pair of Giuseppe Zanotti Sandals and it felt no care was put into the packaging.😡

I'm so bummed to hear this. This boutique has the shoes I want and now I'm holding off ordering.

It is quite unfortunate that someone as huge as BIONDINI puts no care into packaging.
Sad to say though that if it's something you really want and you know what to expect regarding packaging, just get it! That was the case for me. The second time I ordered nobody else had the Valentino rockstuds in my size so I just did it...😒

I have ordered from Dell'oglio before, they wrap it up like a gift and put it in a box.
From that experience I would buy from them again.

That's my exact issue as well. I am eyeing a pair of Rockstuds and they are the only store that has size 41. I might just bite the bullet and order them.

I just got my order from them yesterday.it took awhile for them to send the item, I ordered on the 8/8/14 and they shipped it on 12/8/14.

I found a pair of Rockstud pumps in the colour and size I want on farfetch and I am totally excited. The boutique is biondini with the price of $855 but I'm worried about the authenticity and the packaging though. Any experiences?
