Thanks for your response. Have you personally shopped from farfetch yourself? I will definitely post pictures once I receive my handbag! ;)

I did quite a bit in summer and always look on farfetch when I'm looking for specific pieces, chances are one of the boutiques has what I'm looking for! :-)
Yeah pls post pics!!

Just curious-- how do you know the pieces are authentic? Some comments here say they have gotten not so new items through farfetch, have you had any issues?

Hi, I am a farfetch customer. It is now I think part-owned by the Conde Nast group (which also owns Vogue etc)
Also every shop on there is a brick and mortar multi brand shop that has in most cases been running for quite some time. There is no reason for me to believe that items are not genuine. For me personally it is possibly the future of fashion as it makes shopping much easier in terms of shopping from one website but being able to shop from different shops around the world. Boutiques buy differently so when I search for something I cannot find on the obvious big online sites I go to far fetch. To me it is no different that NetaPorter etc. I even think Germany and the Middle East have already caught up with the trend and offer something similar…

As for the items not arriving in good condition, that is a No No! I never had that experience and certainly would complain about it. But to be honest I have received a pair of Louboutin shoes once from NETAPORTER that had been used on one of their photoshoots. With the sole inside and out being ruined… so imagine my face when I opened that box!

So far so good for me!:D

Purchased a dress the other night and now it's listed for $75.00 cheaper. Do you think they will issue me a price adjustment? I emailed them with fingers crossed...

I paid shipping and two days later they offered free shopping and they declined to make the adjustment. Maybe you will have better luck ... Lmk if they honor the discount. Good luck

I'm looking to purchase a YSL bag: http://www.farfetch.com/shopping/wo...nogramme-tote-item-10579675.aspx?storeid=9589
I searched online and farfetch has the cheapest price, for this purse anywhere else sold it for $2550 but farfetch only sold it for $2050!! however what worries me is the leather that i compared is not same as others, the leather from farfetch is not smooth leather compare to other site. So i'm not sure if should buy it from farfetch...

Hi i bought two valentino rockstud sandals (in different times) from Biondini through Farfetch the experice was great & the shipping, packaging ... etc all was Fabulous :)

Thanks Chanelle..received my first Valentino..It was wrapped and packaged nicely..quick shipping..i can see myself purchasing more stuff at Biondini and Farfetch:)

I love Farfetch!! Bought a Valentino rockstud but the size was too big so had to return it. The return process was easy, pickup service by DHL. And I got my refund 2 days after the boutique received the returned item. Shipping was quick, very smooth experience. Ordered a smaller size and received it few days ago :) xmas present for myself:) ImageUploadedByPurseForum1387704196.437715.jpg

I bought hard to find, sold at at US retailers or limited edition items from smaller boutiques that I would normally have no access to......and the exchange rate can make these items below US retail sometimes too!

Once you are on Farfetchs mailing list, they send out free worldwide shipping codes:graucho:

Hi authenticplease! I'm in the US too and just ordered a couple of scarves from Farfetch/Biondini. When I checked out it said that all customs and duties are included in the price I paid, but I'm still nervous that I might get a bill from DHL once they deliver. Have you ever been billed for any excess charges past what you paid at checkout? Thanks :smile1:
