Just wondering, re: refunds/returns at Farfetch.com... Does Farfetch also refund thecustoms/duties that were included in the original purchase price? Or does the customer have to pursue those charges as a separate refund?

I finally got my 10% credit though it sounded like Farfetch just gave up and refunded me because Vitkac never responded. I might buy from Farfetch again but definitely not Vitkac. What a PITA!!!

Hi! I ordered a Balenciaga bag from farfetch back in July, it was from a boutique called IRDISI. when I opened the packaging the bag had a dirty black fingerprint mark near the handle, and worse, it didn't come with the Balenciaga tags / style card except for the leather swatch! I was so disappointed! I emailed them and they only gave me a 3% discount which they credited back to my cc.

Hello. I'm about to make my first Valentino purchase on Farfetch. The shoes that I want is currently in stock at Biondini boutique in Paris. Has anyone bought from this boutique before? Any experience/reviews to share?

Also, anyone here from Australia?

I'm in the UK & they are fabulous! Quick shipping, everything's beautifully packaged & their admin is super organised. All clothing comes tag protected (which I love). I can highly recommed shopping with them :)

Biondini is an excellent store in my experience (with fabulous shoes!!!)
I've bought from Biondini probably four or five times through farfetch.

Biondini is like the Kurt Geiger of paris. Totally reliable shoe chain who own most brands in all major dept stores and run their own boutiques too.

Hi i bought two valentino rockstud sandals (in different times) from Biondini through Farfetch the experice was great & the shipping, packaging ... etc all was Fabulous :)
