Spielberg1, yes! the waiting is still on. Nadine told me, their shipment is coming Sept 15th, that's 5 more days... then she'll have to start shipping them, so by the time I get mine, probably towards the end of the month.
I'll be back to post mod pics, but YES! the love is still strong, to me. For the mean time, I'm just surfing around TPF, killing time.

Fairy3008, I'm not sure if somebody can authenticate this Coco bags this early for you. The Brand Alexander Wang is pretty new & this bag just came out. Honestly, my suggestion is try buying it from a reputable store on-line, check list listed on previous post & see if you can pre-order & have your name on the waiting list. I'm sure they will ship international. There's so many Fakes out there by now & Ebay is the first place they will sell them. Beware, that some of them will possibly post the real bag but will ship you the FAKE one. It's really hard to tell which listing is legit. So, if you don't want to get ripped off, just be patient & buy it from the right source. I'm pretty sure there's still some open list out there for future deliveries.

I'm waiting...but mine won't be coming until November! I originally had pre-paid and ordered in the September group, but when Nadine gave me the credit for the luckybreaks code, she said I'd have to wait until November.
Considering that I saved almost $300 - I decided to go for it. But I am getting impatient!

bag 2 is definitely a fake!!! the leather isn't thick and pebbled at all. not sure about the other two but i would NOT buy one off ebay at this point. i would order one from a store. Like BARNEYS CO OP.
PS. i popped into OTTE tonight and they said they are expecting a shipment between OCt 15th and blah, blah... i didn't listen to the rest of it

thankyou for your advice spielberg! i wouldnt normally buy off ebay but i live in the UK and no legit online shops that sell wang ship to the UK, neither does the wang site itself. ive emailed around all the uk designer shops that might stock it but they all say no. its so unfair

You will definitely be able to get one on ebay! But just wait until the shipments start to arrive in stores here (mid october supposedly - keep checking this post) but right now there are just too many fakes floating around. And when you do buy it off ebay, ask the seller to include the store receipt (with their credit card info/address markered out) and have the gang here on TPF authenticate it for you. You want the real thing, not some cheap knockoff. One of the girls here got a replica bag she thinks off ebay and she said the leather even smelled bad
the Alexander Wang leather on all his other bags in barneys doesn't smell and is a thick gorgeous pebbled leather. You deserve to get your moneys worth!
