both sides of the bag DO NOT have the hidden zipper. just one. i bought the bag from barneys a little over a month ago. it is beautiful, even more beautiful in person.

has anyone gotten their pre-order from Shopjake.com? Grrr...they keep changing the shipment date and now they don't know when it's going to ship. Plus don't look like they want to refund neither, hmm... please anyone, updates?

^ Some stores don't allow refunds for pre-orders (ex: satine boutique). It's possible they might not allow refunds and only give credit/exchanges. However, it looks like their website does not state anything in regards to Pre-order policy, so you can demand your refund.

You should call ... e-mails become pointless.

I ordered mine from Mick Margo & they accept returns w/ full refund w/c is good just in case. Nadine just emailed me this morning, the latest update on shipment arrival will be around Sept. 15. 10 more days to go. Huh! The waiting is going... this is the hard part. :sweatdrop: I hope it's all worth it.

i don't think they want to give a refund b/c they said if you need to "dispute the charge with your credit card". but that can't be done b/c its passed the 60 day mark. regardless, i dont want the refund. just want the damn bag. ugh!! i guess i'll just have to suck it up and wait...

Hi, I fell in love with this bag lately and have been searching all over the internet stores---Mick Margo no longer has the pre-order page!
Is that mean it's sold out???
Is there another option of surely getting the bag w/o a chance of getting a store credit?
If I don't get the bag, I don't want to get stuck with a credit from the store!
Please help!!!

I had to force them to cancel my pre-order. Not sure if you've read about it in the news, but Jake is in serious financial trouble and a lot of designers have stopped delivering to them because they owe them so much money for designs already sent to them. When I called and pressed the issue, the stylist I work with there (Bob Ault) called me back and told me to call my credit card company and dispute the charge to get my money back, which is exactly what I did. I reason they are trying not to give you your money back is because they've already spent it trying to pay their other debts. So sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
