HI, Does anyone know how to fix the fading of the leather from a red rockie bag? especially the piping area. Any suggestions.
Hi bagz123, have you found a solution for this yet? I have a red Rocco that has the same problem.

HI, Does anyone know how to fix the fading of the leather from a red rockie bag? especially the piping area. Any suggestions.
My new black pebbled leather rocco is very dry and thirsty, do you think Apple leather care (conditioner) will be okay to use on it? I'm seeing mixed reviews on it- some people say it removes colour, and some people say it works fine :[
Hi there,Hoping that someone will be able to help me regarding care for a Metallic ‘Carbon’ coloured Rockie bag?
I’ve never owned a metallic bag before and I'm really not sure of the best way to care for the coated lambskin. I have the Collonil waterproofing spray that I’ve used on other bags, but
a) I'm a little worried about using it on metallic anyway
b) Less than 10 uses in I've noticed some of the metallic has rubbed off on the handles and back of the bag that sits against me - is there a spray to protect against this as well as rain?
Also, the leather feels a bit dry and I don’t know if normal conditioner is safe. I’m in the UK, which has a bearing on which products are available to me (i.e. I can’t seem to find Apple conditioner online?).
Hoping for help so that I can resume using my bag! I was totally in love, but it’s lost some of the shine (literally and metaphorically!) now that I don’t feel able to use it
Thanks in advance!
I'm not suggesting you do this (or do it at your own risk!), but my black Rocco had the same issue, but the rip was a lot smaller. I just took out black thread and a needle and sewed over the piping. It looked brand new! My Rocco was laser cut leather and not pebbled, so you might not get the same result as I did.Hi! I was just wondering how I would go about repairing the torn piping on this Rocco? Is it even possible? Would a leather repairer be able to?
Also interested if anyone has any tips to getting the black studs back to their original colour - paints, dyes, replacements, etc?
Sorry I must sound like such a newb, but I would love to prolong the life of my bag.

I had the same problem years ago and contacted AW about. If you still have your receipt to prove the bag's authenticity, they may be able to repair it for you at a cost. Again, this was many years ago so I'm not sure if they still have the same policy.Anyone know how to fix this? View attachment 2886249
I just read through some of the stuff on here great source of info. I am new to AW and I just got a rockie but I notice on my black piping facing front of the bag there are some spots that are white(upper middle part of piping). I saw some people have issues with the material rubbing on their jeans but this is the front so I wasn't sure if its common to happen in that area also? Its not a big deal atleats not yet anyways.
