Just got my first holiday pendant offer! I mainly shop in the boutique - but the offer came from the e-boutique! I’m excited for it to arrive - hoping for a darker tone, but whatever it is will be a surprise!

Does anyone know if the 5 motif obsidian bracelet will be available to purchase down the line (after all the VIPs etc)? Thanks!

I’m hoping they do. I asked my SA for the bracelet but nothing yet.

Just picked up my holiday pendant. I shop once or twice a year, but definitely not VVIP. I noticed that there was a travel pouch, as well as the box the pendant was wrapped in, after I got home. I thought they weren’t giving out travel pouches anymore?

I didn't get a travel pouch with mine but got some other small gifts.

It's true for Hermes but I don't think it's true about VCA. I passed on one HP and got one the next year. I did decline a quota bag from H and didn't receive an offer from that store after that for a few years, so I moved on. My SA was sure he had a bag for me one day but the store manager didn't ok it. H definitely does that.

Everyone starts as a new client so once you start buying you will eventually be offered a holiday pendant if not this year then maybe next year. Do you have any purchase history?

That’s interesting to know that the e-boutique offers HP too. How does that work if you don’t work directly with an SA? Does someone from client services call you? Did you express your interest by calling them?
