I tried to love it but it just wasn't love! I'm going to sell it. Now I'm trying to see where I want to sell it. I'd take a $280 loss selling it with Fashionphile. I could put it on eBay, but it doesn't look like this style of bag moves at all. I might just go with Fashionphile to have a hassle-free experience!

Losing money always hurts but I found with the exception of very few brands the longer you wait the less you get.

How is everyone doing with the challenge they chose? I did the love it or list it this month and it really helps cull my collection. Next month I want to try one of the other challenges . Maybe wear all my bags of one color at least once in the month.
I also have decided to count the bag Dh bought me for Christmas this month since it is in the house already.

I have observed this too!

I think I did well on the black bag challenge. I have come to the conclusion that my black bag collection is well rounded. [emoji3]

I was less visible this week here because I attended a 3-day seminar. It was an intimate group of 10-12 people, so I really had to participate in the workshops. I hardly had time to take a peek at tpf. [emoji3] ETA: And this was also what helped me resist the BF sales!

Anyway, she’s finally here, my Mulberry Leighton!! Size is just right for me (it was a tad big on my sister). She’s not as leathery fragrant as my other 2 Mulberrys, but still, I can’t wait to use her!

I have so much open space right now in the bag section. I know however that if my stuff doesn't sell it will fill right up again. I now have 12 bags at the consignment shop. That and a ton of clothes ,boots ,coats and some jewelry. I am trying so hard not to buy because things are on sale. Over the summer I bought way to many bags that I wanted to try because they were on sale and only one turned out to be a keeper. The ones that I paid full price for were keepers right from the start. Do you all get caught up in sales and try things you might not if it was at full price?
i don't buy stuff at full price.
at all.
Just see no point in paying more for something that i can get for less.
i might wait till sales time and get something i want, but i rarely get caught up.

I successfully walked past all the sales, both, in the mall/shops and online
i planned to get some stuff from BV on sale, and i got it a week ago, when the sale started.
i didn't check any site on purpose, i deleted all the sales alert emails from the inbox.
I shopped on Saturday with a list i made at home, and i was working on it for 3 days (pre-xmas stuff), i got all i had on the list and strayed away very little - got a book for my son and plush kitty for my daughter to praise them for being good and helpful on the insanely busy shopping run with me for the whole day
i feel like i am acting like an adult now
