This oddly happened to me too, about 6 months ago. No backpacks (except a travel one), then suddenly I really wanted some! I guess I had one mini I got years ago. But now I have several... :O
Still I have to figure out how to use them, since they're all a HAIR smaller than anticipated.

I totally agree, though if I tend to go crazy on certain colors (like this fuchsia here...), I really TRY to pick an alternative color. ONLY if I love it!!!

I guess it can’t be helped. It has to be two bags. I wanted it to be one bag because I always get a bag souvenir. [emoji23] I want to bring less to take home more.

Hi Ladies!
I had mentioned earlier after I purchased my black tote that I was looking for a lighter colored tote for summer. I was trying to stay away from anything with conspicuous branding and ended up with these two totes from Cole Haan. I will be returning the bag on the left. It was my backup plan in case I couldn’t get the woven bag, which I prefer. The bag on the right is beautifully made and as you can see, includes a strap, which I like. So now my tote collection is complete!

Life has been nonstop since I was here last. Dd graduated from college this month and ds will graduate from hs in a couple weeks. I’ve had a painter here repainting walls and ceilings and refinishing woodwork. We’ve lived in our home 13 years and it is due! He also power washed our deck for me which looks so much better now!

In our area it is tradition to host a large graduation party when a child graduates from high school and we will be having our party in a few weeks. I’ve always prepared the food in the past (for our two dd’s parties) but this year I decided to have it catered. Even without doing the food, life will be very busy between now and the party.

I hope all is well with everyone here and that you are all having a good spring!

Yesterday, I wore a wristlet all day. Never again! I wore it because I have so many subdued silver shoes but no small to medium light colored bags with silver hardware. I have bought quite a few printed tops so my patterned bags look to busy with them. What do you use with printed tops in spring /summer ?

Come to think of it, I don’t have much printed tops even if it is always summer here. [emoji3]

Sometimes if the issue is non matching metal colors, I just close my eyes and pretend that all is well with what I have on.

I think that's probably why my printed tops, if any, are black/white based! I have a handful of white bags, or larger straw/neutral/pinks... because most likely if a printed color, it's pink-based... :D

Haven't been on this thread in quite a while. It was just moving too fast and could not keep up! [emoji28]

I'm happy to report that I've been mostly good. [emoji56] [emoji12] So far this year, I've bought 3 bags and got 1 as a gift. I have also bought 6 slg's. I gave away 5 bags and sold 2. So more have left than have come in. Yay! Lately I have been crazy busy, so I'm not rotating my bags daily - I'm switching out roughly every two or three days. So, not too shabby if say so myself. I have a b-day coming up, but no immediate plans for a purchase. [emoji15] That's a first in a several years. Yes, there are bags I'm very interested in, but I'm waiting for the right price or color. [emoji4] in the meantime, I'm shopping my closet! [emoji2]
