Your packing is amazing!

I LOVE the White & Warren wrap. I only have one but it's so useful. I would love multiples if I ever find them on sale.

No bags from me this week or last....no metallics, no embellished. I'm really boring. All I have left are red and blue which I think happened before i joined this thread
I haven't added anything technically BUT my SO Kelly finally came back from Paris so I actually have it with me now.
Friday was my birthday and DH and I stopped into the local Hermès so I could show the SM my new bag and DH could pick up a little gift  They loved the special order so much that they gave me ANOTHER special order slot. The thing with these is they are pretty hard to refuse. So, I will eventually have another Kelly, a small one this time. By the time it arrives I will probably have re-homed one of the others. I really love my K32 sellier but it's way more elegant than I am, sigh!

I have done some clothes shopping as we are moving to a cooler climate with different standards of dress - but no bags. I am feeling a lack of SLGs but I have been "good".
Happy belated Birthday! Congrats on your new bag. Would love to see your reds and and blues if you feel up to it.

Oh... I found this today!

I'm so tempted to get the scarf from the same collection. It comes with a map print! I'm a map crazy person!

I think this scarf is a "must buy" Vink it's so pretty! I found a silk scarf I really liked in Biba a couple of weeks ago - I liked it even better when I discovered there was another 20% off at the till making it less than £50! :happydance:I love all the colours and the design is 1930ish to my eye.

Poor photo sorry, it's raining cats and dogs here again!

Oh my goodness I want both of these!
Did you get either of them or both? Haha.

yes, you are
that lame fake is well on the way back to its owner, status on bay says 'Seller approved your request' and by this i understand that as soon as she gets it, she will refund me back?...
i was so annoyed, upset and frustrated, that i urgently needed some remedy
and off i went to NAP and got one GENUINE from them, delivery was quick, as always from NAP, and i wore it tied around Cabat handles yesterday already
and now after having one from 100% trusty source i am not just 100%, but 1000% sure the first one was a lame fake...
still can remember that odd feeling of the fabric, which i am sure was not even close to silk, but cheap polyester.... let alone all other more obvious markers... :annoyed:

Yay! So glad you got a real one!

Yep, 3! Congratulations on your daughter's graduation. She sounds like she has a very promising future. Don't you leave right after on your vacation? Are you going to post pictures so we can enjoy also?
Thank you! Yes, we leave for Europe on monday. And yes! I'll share some pictures.
If you'll get it just for the price, Don't.

Congrats on DD graduation! I'm in awe! And yay for the coming trip! ;)
Thanks, Vink. I'm really excited for her. And, she's worked hard so I feel good about treating her to this trip. :amuse:
Congratulations to both you and your daughter- outstanding accomplishments. Have a wonderful trip with your DD!
Thank you!
Stellar packing job - I admire your packing skills!
Spark,

Gosh girl you can pack.... I'm amazed you got all that to fit. I always overpack and need to pay for extra baggage. I love the scrubby thing. Can't wait to here results on how it works. Have great time and safe travels. Can't wait to see what goodies you come back with
Thanks ladies. I'm a little shocked myself that I was able to get everything in. Where there's a will there's a way, I guess.
Great clutches - the Aldo beaded clutch is awesome!
Thanks!

I looooove Hello Kitty!
I bought some underwear from a dept store to find they hadn't taken the blasted security tag off :cursing:. In the UK they don't give you bags (unless you ask for one) so there I was with a dodgy looking garment I couldn't wear and couldn't find the blasted receipt. Eventually I found in DH's wallet (although I paid) and sent the store an email. It took them an hour to find the right person to deal with it (SM wasn't in) and scrutinise the receipt/go through the motions. It was totally awful, no apology for wasting my time or extra travel and expense. Next time I'll just stand in the middle of the store and scream.

Let's do a 'wear a shirt day' ;)
Oh no! I've had that happen with the security tag. It's such a pain!!!

And yes, I'd love "let's wear a shirt" day. LOL! Maybe someone can explain to me how they keep them tucked in!

I'm recovering and ready for the weekend!

What's everyone carrying today? Any plans for the weekend? What bag will you be using?

The weather is warming up again, just in time for a baby shower at the park! I'll be carrying one of my wallet on chains.

There's going to be a bouncy castle for adults. [emoji23]

And then hoping to hit up some foodie spots, with weather this nice, I don't want to be cooped up at home anymore!

Hi everyone! Haven't been on tpf for a very long time. Wanted to drop in and say hi :)
The last time I was here, DH and I hadn't even moved into the new house yet  That's definitely a big part of why I haven't been around, and we are expecting a baby in October (our first!) so those first trimester nasties knocked me out for a while too. I'm actually back on tpf because I've been doing research on what mommy bag to get haha.

What a pretty floral scarf! The colors, I agree, have a definite 1930s vibe... kind of muted.

Wow, liz, that's such exciting news! :hugs:A house and a baby, all in the same year... wonderful! :yahoo:
I'm pretty sure there are threads for Mommy bags, and in fact there were a couple of Purse Blog posts on this topic too, since @Megs had a baby a few months ago and wrote about the customized nylon Prada bag she's been pretty much carrying nonstop.
Are you feeling better now that the first trimester has passed?
And are you & DH totally settled into your new house, or is there still "nesting" work to do?

So glad you're feeling better, bake, just in time for the weekend. :happydance:
I've been carrying my LV Capucines all week. Such a convenient bag in the BB size, and a good weight, too.
Weekend plans: DH and I are going out to dinner at our favorite restaurant to celebrate our anniversary tomorrow night. I haven't decided which bag to take... maybe my little Jason Wu Daphne mini-bag. (I'll post it next week when we show pix of multicolored bags!)
Then on Sunday it's the last concert of the Symphony season (we have a subscription) and if I'm not lazy I'll switch to a different small bag.
The baby shower sounds like fun! Are you going to try the bouncy castle???
