Hi everyone! Haven't been on tpf for a very long time. Wanted to drop in and say hi
The last time I was here, DH and I hadn't even moved into the new house yetThat's definitely a big part of why I haven't been around, and we are expecting a baby in October (our first!) so those first trimester nasties knocked me out for a while too. I'm actually back on tpf because I've been doing research on what mommy bag to get haha.

Thanks bake! Yay glad to hear you recommend it! That's exactly what we're planning to do and I'm pretty confident it'll make a great mommy bag with an organizer inside. It will be my first LC and I'm pretty excited!

Ah that is such a good idea! But we decided not to find out and let it be a surprise at birth. That should be fun! I'm leaning towards navy right now (and it'll match with the navy stroller I have my eye on) but I'm open to other colors if I find one at a good price. Hoping to snag one at a seasonal sale!

I've been carrying my LV Capucines all week. Such a convenient bag in the BB size, and a good weight, too.
Weekend plans: DH and I are going out to dinner at our favorite restaurant to celebrate our anniversary tomorrow night. I haven't decided which bag to take... maybe my little Jason Wu Daphne mini-bag. (I'll post it next week when we show pix of multicolored bags!)
Then on Sunday it's the last concert of the Symphony season (we have a subscription) and if I'm not lazy I'll switch to a different small bag.

Navy is what I have and it's great as a travel bag. Doesn't show dirt or stains as much. [emoji4]

I think this scarf is a "must buy" Vink it's so pretty! I found a silk scarf I really liked in Biba a couple of weeks ago - I liked it even better when I discovered there was another 20% off at the till making it less than £50!I love all the colours and the design is 1930ish to my eye.
