Take every opportunity you can!

Love the pink and the pacman card case!

What are you going to let go of? Which were good buys?
My Bally bags were great buys. Things I am letting ago are to many brown and black bags . Some the style is redundant and others are weight issues. If a bag is to big and leather add all the junk I put in it and my shoulder hurts. What about you?

If I recall, you do have a lot of black and brown. You were really looking for them over a year ago lol. Funny how things change! :)

My great buys were the speedy DE. That has gotten a lot of use.

The bags I had let go of or are trying to let go of are the light colored LCs or bags too cavernous for my liking.

I can't let go of my slightly heavier bags, luckily they have straps if I managed to hurt my hand for the day lol.

I have to relook at bags too hard to open. If it'll be annoying to open, I can't use it.

I can't get rid of this bag, the D&B Florentine satchel. I've had it at least 10 years. I love, love, love the color. The bag is really heavy and the getting in/out I didn't like so I've probably worn her 3 times?! I cannot let it go, because sometimes I get it out just to look at the color! View attachment 3696920

Love that color!!!

Purchased 15 months ago, first time using...oops! Seizing an opportunity where a diaper bag is not needed.View attachment 3696831
I like the pink and the PacMan card case is sweet!

I decided to make a list of my bags by type totes, satchel, shoulder, crossbody, backpack and clutch/ wristlets. This was not an easy feet as quite a few of my bags can land in more then one category. So I decided to list them how I actually wear them the most and not by what they look like. I must say it was quite the eye opener. Also found a few bags that should homed after checking my list of ticks. I wish things were selling better.
I listed my bags by category last year, too... that's when I discovered that I had waaaaaay too many mini bags! And I decluttered them! It's such an interesting little excercise, isn't it? I like having the extra space in my purse closet, and now when I reach for a small bag I know it's one that I really like.

Question for everyone: do you have a bag you keep even though you know you won't wear it often? What bag is it and why are you keeping it?

Mine is my Chanel ivory glazed lamb single classic flap with bijoux hardware.

I can't get this bag to fit in my rotation well at all. There always seems to be a better option in my wardrobe. But it's my only bag in the white / cream color range and I feel like I would get frustrated if I didn't have this color when I needed it.

I'm curious to see what your little used "keeper" bag is.
Mine is the YSL Small Muse that I posted last week...
Muse13.jpg

I rarely carry it (though I plan to carry it this weekend for going to the movies Saturday and then to see a play on Sunday). I think it's been a year since I've carried it! It's not a completely "user friendly" design since it's purely arm-carry or hand-carry, which is why I don't tend to reach for it. But it's such an amazing style, super color (to me, bronze is a neutral, especially with all the black I wear), and fabulous leather that I can't bear to part with it.

Mine would be my purple LV Pont Neuf. I don't use this bag and for some reason I don't see myself letting go of it.

I totally love that bag. Personally, I think bags from around this time were the best ever. I like bags without the huge logos too, the 'Y' is so thoughtfully part of the whole bag.

I pack very efficiently. LOL! Here's an example from when I recently went to Maui.

Personal Item (Backpack)
#1 & #2: Miss Dior (pink) and Miss Dior blue lightly stuffed with clothing and wrapped in bubble wrap and stacked on top of each other in middle sections.
#3: Pewter Miu Miu stuffed and in front section

Carryon suitcase
#4: Prada Jute / Python - Collapse to a flat pancake. I put this in the zip section on the "lid" of my carryon suitcase
#5: Beach Bag - Collapse to a flat pancake and add to zip section on the lid of my suitcase
#6 Chanel pearl grey M/L - nestled on top layer of clothes
#6 Fossil Wristlet - tucked in corner

Wow! Just wow! [emoji43][emoji43][emoji43]
