Thanks! I'm lazy to change jewelry with outfits so I need versatile pieces. Sometimes I change the pendant to a 3-D heart piece. But then again, at times, I get lazy.

That's what I like about your set. It's so low key, and it's all about the design for you. In your case, the heart motif.

I had begun looking at jewelry but I realized it was so centered around branded pieces that everyone said was a must have because it was branded.

I'm already in branded bags, I don't think jewelry all has to be big name designer to be beautiful. Others may differ in opinion, but I think if I'm going to go into jewelry, I might want to get more custom, non big retailer pieces or something. Something that's channels me, as opposed to a brand's motif.

Nothing wrong with the big brands, it's just it doesn't grab me like it should for the price, so I think it's not for me. I gotta love things when they're that spendy.

All my goodies came in yesterday and today. Yippee! My opportunity handbag was one. The silver trench and two dresses were the other two. I got in late last night so I didn't open the first two packages. I just eyeballed them and fell into bed. And just got a text alert that the 3rd just made it in. These all seemed to take forever to get here!!!

It will be a mini party tonight. I'm too excited.:panic: Hopefully everything works. I'll update once I take a look. Wheeeee!

With jewelry it really goes by the design for me. I do have a couple of busy pieces but for the most part I prefer pieces with very clean lines. The brand doesn't mean anything to me if the lines aren't there.

I'm an unrepentant (but mostly controlled) jewelry-a-holic. LOL!

For me it's solely about the design and inherent quality of the piece (better quality diamonds or precious stones v. lesser quality, 18k v 10k gold, etc.). I own very few "branded" pieces because unlike with handbags where there can be design, construction and material differences, there isn't much (any?) difference to me in having the brand on non signature items. An expertly cut, non branded diamond of the same 4c's of a Tiffany's diamond will cost far less and sparkle just as much. I just don't get any happy points from paying more for the brand. So as a rule (of course with a few exceptions lol!) I just don't.

I think this is enabled by two things for me. I haven't fallen in love with signature branded pieces like the Cartier love bracelet or Bulgari Serpenti necklaces. Some items are quite beautiful. But since I'm not overly interested in any of the proprietary branded designs, I've happily stayed in non branded jewelry land. The second thing is that I don't wear much costume jewelry any more. So, again some of the beautiful non precious items like leather bracelets, resin necklaces etc aren't dragging me into an Hermes, Dior, etc. I need to be brace and just dontate all my costume pieces and be done with it. But they don't take up much space and I keep thinking...maybe I'll wear something that calls for xyz item.

And, like you I tend to favor interesting yet simpler designs. The busier ones don't work on me. For example, I really love the Panthere de Cartier necklaces. I linger and admire them every time I pass by a Cartier. But the pretty jewel encrusted cats just don't fit my personal style. :-s

I'm not even sure what I like. Lol
I think a piece is pretty but then shy away after awhile.

The only jewelry I have are inexpensive Tiffany. I'd like to get that super nice daily piece eventually.

Anyway, I'm wondering if I should get several LE bags right now.

That Van Gogh Neverfull is adorable, along with the Fragment LV from the men's line.
Then I saw a nice bag that could be my travel bag, but I'd have to let go of the LC Neo in navy to justify that purchase and I'm wondering if I should.

I don't know if I'll be in Hawaii early enough to get the Hawaii Neverfull,so I'm not counting on getting one anymore.

I'm somehow into neverfulls now? Oh dear.

Oh goodness! Thank you for all the information!

Is Ala Moana the only one that does the Hawaii stamp? I think I'm going to have a shopping appointment in the Waikiki LV, per my SAs. Not sure really lol they're setting up my appointment. But I'll drop off whatever I need stamped first, doesn't matter where really.

Wow only 24 of those bags? lol I wonder if I can reserve one or something. I'll have to ask my SAs to help me out with that.

Thank you for all the information!!!
You're welcome!

I always get my items stamped at Ala Moana, like all the locals, because it's just more conveniently located and parking is free. Being a major store in the company also, I'm pretty certain that the Gump store does the Hawaii stamp, too.

Thank you!

My family raved about Ala Moana, so I'll go there first to drop off my stuff for stamping.

I'm kind of excited to see the lanterns for Memorial Day too!

Jewelery is a great part of my look, many of my pieces are with me for 15-20 years, i love silver and wear it a lot. Means a lot of silver :D
These are BV 2 necklaces and earrings, which i almost never take off, love simple, sleek design and signature intrecciato pattern.

Those are sooo you!!

That's what I'm looking for. Something that's just very me.
