2017 resolution - shopping my own bag and wallet collection. Any one else?

The Dooney Florentines have come in stunning colors. I get color envy when those bags in Ocean, Emerald, Sunflower, Persimmon, etc. are revealed. The leather takes the color with exceptional richness . But just as you say, they are a couple of bricks to carry.

That teal Borough is gorgeous. I don't own it but every time I see a picture of it I drool over how pretty it is.

Thanks MSD ... you know, I have wanted to buy that Le Foulonne in black. It was gone for awhile and now Bloomingdale's has it. But I fear for the fate of all the rest of my black bags if I go ahead and add it. I sense that it would become the one I reach for so much that it would seriously decrease my use of the others, especially the Trim II which is my go to casual black. So I have never pulled the trigger on it. I really like the Foulonne leather. Quite indestructible but it has a refinement to it. Of course I really took note of your black Foulonne. Hope you're happy with it.

Haha. Mine is still waiting to be given away tomorrow to a friend.

I didn't pull it back out in fear it'll end up back in my closet and I'd be unhappy.

I haven't been posting much lately, whole week with the flu but I'm loving the parade of lovelies.
I think grey leather is one of my favorite colors. I'm just a sucker for gorgeous earth tones in leather.
I am also down to pretty much nothing left to give away or sell/donate. I have gotten rid of so many bags since posting on this thread and my acquisitions have been largely spot on. I'm in bag contentment bliss. I have two custom purchases I'll get in six weeks but have made no purchases since winter and feel good about it.
I did get my first ever Michael Kors bag today in the mail. I bought it months ago but my mom just sent it, it's a brown WOC and it is almost as perfect as the others I have. I really like it and will put the black laurel dasso to rest for a bit to try it out.

I went to an event at the local LV!
They had an artisan making Speedy handles. And it was an absolute treat because I had my DA speedy with me.

I did reject the wallet.
But placed a deposit on a master's collection scarf. DBF says if I like it, he'll pay for it.

I'm excited because I'm going on a trip soon! We used a lot of hotel and airline points to chip away at the cost. I just have to be good in when I travel, but my parents are hinting at gifting me something to shop with lol.
