ideally i think i need 30-35, but i am guilty in having doubles, in hobo style that works best for me, i can have one in every colour! So, no pressure to reduce harshly, but i definitely will work on modifying my collection :)

ksuromax, you are so great at accessorizing and posting your looks to share with us! It really makes this thread and others so fun. I do not think that you need really need to downsize, unless of course you want to.

Lately I have not been changing bags as much. I have been participating in the color project, as at least I am taking them out of my closet and photographing them. I am not going to stress about this though. Sometimes I rotate more than at other times. I plan to keep my collection at or under 20.

I bought her in Toronto during one of my last trips to visit my then bf. She's circa, 2006/2007 and I LOVE everything about her - color, side lock, hardware, and key holder. You can't tell in the picture but she ages at the corners and it's lovely. I used to wear her more when I drove to work but now that I transit and our weather is so unpredictable, I save her. She's been resting for a couple of years now and I took her out yesterday to say hi. I may get the courage again to bring her to work in the summer as she fits everything really nicely and looks super polished if I have to meet clients. I loved that line so much,I also have a large clutch in the same color that can convert to clutch, crossbody and a slim n/s tote. Thanks for letting me share!

Great bag and back story, eggtart! This is a really classic and chic looking bag; looking forward to seeing your clutch. I am a fan of clutches.

Beautiful, Victoria, Pessie. I am thinking about adding a light colored bag to my collection. This is another bag that tempts me; there are many! [emoji23]

It's a great style, very practical, and not heavy considering its size. I've come to realise I really appreciate bags with a simple zip or open top, flappy bags often don't stay the course with me. I'm going to try and keep this in mind next time I'm tempted by a naughty flap :nuts:

No, i haven't, but i always loved the plisse on other items, collars, sleeves, skirts....
re un-pleating, i thought about it... i think it will still last long enough, as i will not be using it every day, and when it finally un-pleats i will just steam it and iron to flat :biggrin: or, maybe, by then H will change their mind and will be re-pleating again :smile:

I checked a black nubuck bag from different brand at my local department store and you guys are right. Black colour and nubuck is not a good idea if the goal is maintain a tidy impression. Thanks all! :smile:

If your hesitating I would cancel the order. I had a azur zippy and the zipper cloth was white which made me to terrified to even use. That and the corner in the bend would turn dark because of the pull an it wasn't used.
