It gorgeous! Such a great color!:heart::heart:
I do love the color! And I carried it today, so I consider it Day 1 use in January, although it's already 3rd Jan (no bags were used on 1 & 2 Jan since I wasn't out and about).

I think I will switch between the Pandora and the MZW backpack for this month. So erm...Bag no.3 is up in the air for now~

#3 in January: the Bays I missed when visiting my parents. The last two days I still carried the Peekaboo and a black LC Le Pliage with long handles for an overnight stay. Peekaboo is now in its dustbag for the first time since I got it in November! (Dear me, auto correction wrote "dustbin" - better not!)

Gorgeous! A Bayswater is on my wish list - maybe for 2018.

Oh wow. I love your Bayswater!

I've always wanted one but the weight always concerned me.
I am more for silver hw, if I were to ever buy a Chanel. A totally black Chanel would be cool too, black hw and everything. =O

I have the silver hw on my black caviar flap because it goes with my stuff better. There was an all black hardware black leather one but it was so popular it sells out quick.

I saw this on the what bag are you carrying thread and thought - classic beauty!

All my Chanels except one have silver or ruthenium hardware. But I do also love the look of the black with gold.

I had seriously considered getting a so black Chanel but there have been so many complaints on hardware chipping and peeling. The bags are heart stopping my gorgeous but there's no way I'm paying a bazilliondy dollars for bad quality.

Thanks Elaine! The sales motivate me to list more. And I'll meet the person at a police station. I read that's the safest for in person transactions from online sales. Thanks for trying to keep me safe!!!

The Mirabeau. <sigh> I like having structured, go to, workhorse bags. In doing my collection purge, those were the first to go and now are the last to replace. So I have an itch. The bag would fit all my things including my new laptop if I get the GM. It's sturdy, has (relatively) undercover branding, looks good arm carry but has an optional strap. It's also (relatively) inexpensive resale. All things I want.

I like the black but it also comes in prune which is sorta burgundy and could check my burgundy workhorse box. Also, it would allow me to have another bag to fit the use of my YSL so both would get regular wear but not get worn out. This kind of reason is why I had purchased the MK Geneva that didn't work out. I wanted two black workhorses to bounce between.

But I don't need it. I'm not even close to desperate for it. And I could get it a year from now. So no reason to buy now. And I can likely find a better Bordeaux bag.

The only bag that keeps me up at night is the silver Diorama for which I would gladly trade a kidney and maybe even part of a spleen if I could be assured it wouldn't peel.

I just need to wait. <sad panda face> I don't need it. It's not rare so I don't have to grab the last one now. I think I can get myself to wait by using my list. I'll use a tick for every time I would use the Mirabueau instead of another. If I do get a lot of ticks I'll feel good buying it. But I suspect I won't. I have bags I can use that I love right now.

Here are photos from google. For both colors, I greatly prefer the regular epi not the electric for this bag. View attachment 3563922 View attachment 3563923
Your thinking is very logical, spark. I like your idea of making a tick mark every time you WOULD use the Mirabeau (instead of the YSL), and see what kinds of numbers you come up with in perhaps 6 months.
I prefer the regular epi to the electrique also. I saw both at the LV boutique in November, and the electrique didn't look as though it would hold up.

Loving all the pics! Bag #2 - adopted this from the back of my mom's closet last year. Is it too boring? I probably have doubt because it was "unwanted," but I really do like how it looks small but fits everything I need including an iPad and umbrella! View attachment 3564107
It's a great old school fab leather Prada!
if you feel it's too simple, adorn it with a charm, or tie a ribbon/bow, it will breath into it a new life :)

So cute. Try a scarf or charm?

Or, if you're ever so daring, have someone paint it? Or change the strap?

I think it's cute the way it is.

Thanks! I am still in the process of figuring out what will happen with my spine in the future. So far, I've learned that there will be some permanent damage, but that I should be able to get more range of movement and less pain over time. So, I am looking forward to making progress with that. For purses, this means that I will have to be very conscious of the weight of my purses and avoid too much weight to help me avoid pain.
I'm glad to hear that you will be in less pain over time. I've noticed a lot more of us are looking at weight now when we buy bags, myself included, so hopefully we'll be able to help suggest things that might work for you =)

I love my Baggu! I got it second hand so some distress was a gift with purchase. It weighs nothing and takes a major beating (milk puffed at the bottom of the bag), and no stress of seams even though I add so much.

The inner pocket did come off the rivets, but was not noted it was halfway gone when I received from seller.
cool! good to know! And I think totes look so great with distress haha, so I love the look of your Baggu

lololol. Very beautiful bag! This is one I admire from afar because I'm not quite coordinated enough to work with the flap and handles all at once. I would need the larger size for work, which would make it worse for me since I'd load it up and it would just be asking for disaster.

I think this is adorable, anything but boring; and it makes a great back drop if you were to spice it up.
