I'm plowing through this year so hard, but I'm refuse to feel sorry. This year so far isn't that kind to me. [emoji21][emoji21][emoji21][emoji21] I'm just too stressed out I want to shout and punch high into the sky.

Anyway, next week is my birthday and I just placed an order on a bag from Massaccesi. It's a tote so it should be useful year-round. I want a serious tote that doesn't look like a bag. Just a leather tote. [emoji4] And then, I'm thinking about my WOC. I remember how I love them as a wallet when DD was a baby. Plus, I still have a Dior promenade pouch (2nd version) I bought a couple years ago in a deep fuchsia color that I haven't used yet. I think I'm getting giddy and excited. I can use this, minus the chain, with my new tote. And they'll all be a crazy colorful family and hopefully will help brighten up my day. I think I'm going crazy coz all the stress and we're approaching 37 degree Celsius today. [emoji38][emoji38][emoji38] Can't help but wonder how hot it'll be in April, but I'm sure I'll have an army of brightly colored bag and accessories to handle that.

I think I'm getting crazy. [emoji13][emoji13][emoji13]

Color therapy is real!

Gorgeous yellow and orange, tenkrat!

I'm excited for your order Vink! Especially it is a birthday bag. I hope your stress magically disappears!

Speaking of hot weather, the aircon unit nearest my office is broken!! In fact, for a few weeks already. But we have a very strict procurement process so the replacement will not be in this March. Not sure also within April. What makes me so mad is that I already sounded off the wonky ACU to the building administrator during the last quarter of last year!! But maybe they thought I was just complaining for nothing since during the times the technician checked the unit, it was working fine. But when the technician was not around, that's when the aircon acted up. Hah!! I already told them to do something about it that early, anticipating the hot summer months. Sometime in January, the unit eventually died on us. It was fine then because the weather was cooler. But since late last week, it's becoming very hot! I'm becoming hot headed especially in the afternoon! Haha. Sorry to vent! I'm just mad at this people but I have to keep a straight face when talking to them because I don't want to be accused of being primadonna.

I hope so! Well, I know it's not the issues that will magically solved. But I think I can get through it. [emoji4] But yes! It be be so nice to wake up tomorrow and find it's gone.

Oh my! I feel so bad for you. I know how these appliances can be so naughty. They'll act so nice and fine when the mechanic is around just to act up so hard when they left and the door is closed. [emoji35][emoji35][emoji35] I hope you still have a unit left or electric fans and windows. I normally just open my window, but this year, that's not enough.

It's funny I just figured out after placing the order that it's my birthday bag. Time flies and I didn't really look at the date until I get the receipt and see what day it was. I have a picture painted firmly in my head and I hope it come out as good. [emoji4]

please, do a reveal once you receive it :flowers:

speaking about colours... needed some power boost today, wearing bordeaux palette to give me the right kick
Mulberry Daria hobo in Oxblood
BV slipons in Barolo
H KDE in a matching colour (no idea of the actual name, not a big expert in H :p)

Ah... I never understood why they decide to change from a lovely and subtle tree logo to an obvious label of letters. Yeah... for recognition, maybe. But if they work hard enough, that pretty tree is as good as the name.

I sure will! [emoji4]

I got my two bags from Belgium, and I'm floored by the quality of Cathy's sewing.
This cognac tote stands up on its own and I love the simple style.

I don't know if a close up does justice to her stitching but they are incredibly straight and even and every spot on one side is a complete mirror image of the corresponding other side, you can count stitches and placement and it is precise in a way I have never seen from an etsy bag. Surgeon like precision!IMG_1489559565.165812.jpg

This pale lilac tote is the most scrumptious soft leather I could fondle all day.

Both are simple unlined totes that weigh a pound or less. I'm smitten and impressed! The cognac tote was €180 and the painted edges and details are perfect. The lilac tote was €55 which is ridiculous. It's raw edged and simple but the leather alone would cost that. What a deal.
I am ordering a custom designed bag with leather lining for around €285. She is definitely under priced but she is still studying the art of luxury bag making so I guess she's happy just to practice while learning under whomever her teacher is she refers to. After six years she seems to be quite good already but maybe it takes another 6 years to finish whatever program she's in, I have no idea how it works.
Anyway hope you enjoyed this review!

And yes that's a sock toy & Dr Seuss book in the background :)

I like your lively background. My condo is a mess even more. (Actually also my house [emoji28]) That's why I just can't let you see much of the background. [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

That lilac tote is such a deal! Both bags seem to have good leather and I'm glad you're happy with the purchase. [emoji4] More action shot afterward then? [emoji4] I'm curious about the interior and everything! [emoji4]

me neither :(
makes no sense really.... what can be better than recognizable yet not loud signature logo??
i got this Daria on the last sale of it when they announced phasing it out, so it was my last chance.... so glad i did it!!
and despite my dislike for obvious and big logos that time i did it on purpose - kinda tribute to the Tree :hbeat:

They look very well made!! I especially like the tote from Belgium. You showed us a picture from the seller then, didn't know you went ahead to purchase.
