Today’s pick when I shopped my closet this morning, Bottega Veneta cervo loop hobo (large size) in New Light Grey.

The only large bags that I will buy from now on are hobos. My favorite bag shape is actually the structured satchel (as well as the softer satchel), but hobos definitely have a place in my life for times I dress casually. BV hobos are so fun to wear!

As for me, I have been more of a lurker instead of a poster. I have been good about changing bags, just not good about taking photos.

Busy with Christmas prep; shopping, wrapping, decorating and parties. [emoji319] [emoji320] [emoji322] Had some workplace drama also, but that has all been remedied. Some studying thrown in the mix too.

I have been thinking about my handbag resolutions for 2018, but no final decisions yet.

The bags I regret getting are my 2 MJ Sophia. I prefer the Stella, always. But there’s this color that I really want to have and when the personal shopper said they’re sold out in Stella and only have one Sophia left, I just got it out of desperation. I made the second mistake coz everyone said it’s a really pretty bag and there’s this color I was hunting at that time. I should learn from my first mistake and get the Stella instead. Well, I’m stupid sometimes so I made that second mistake and regret them badly. I can’t let them go coz I really love the color, but the design is such a hassle to use. Even now when I learn to live with top handle bags, I hate that buckle! So hard to get in and out of. Plus, it has to be buckled up if I want it to look nice which will lead me back to the getting stuff in and out again. [emoji20]

So, these two are my regrets. Aside from that, I have none.

If I could get the same money back, probably my Lady Dior. While I love it, it is not a bag I am ready to carry at this stage of my life, so at most, it comes out once or twice a year. My justification to myself was that prices would keep going up... but now I worry about it growing mold and think I probably should have kept it as an aspirational HG. I don’t want to sell it now that I have it though.
