I sold one of my Kate Spade wallets today. Originally paid $65 CAD including taxes; sold for $45 CAD. Listed locally on kijiji so no fees. Net cost to me $20 CAD, and my CPW ends up at $0.38. I really debated selling it as it is a really nice mid-sized and durable wallet and figured maybe I would at least use it a bit more before selling, but I find my ZCP is plenty of room for the cards I carry now, and even there I don't need to haul out of my bag often due to Apple Pay. I just could not rationalize keeping it when I am not likely to turn to it! I figure in future I will only be able to store even more on my phone (or in a microchip in my arm ) not less!

Now if only my other Kate Spade wallet would sell too! It has also been on kijiji as long. I might take new pictures (since my new phone camera is so much better!), relist, and drop price a bit.

It's not a fancy bag, but I was tempted by this tote when I visited Louis Vuitton recently. However, it's just an open tote. No pockets that I recall. Lightweight, though! http://us.louisvuitton.com/images/is/image/lv/1/PP_VP_L/louis-vuitton-lockme-cabas-vanille-noir-lockme-handbags--M42289_PM2_Front view.jpg?wid=1214&hei=1214

I actually love this! I tried it on in a different color combo (black/blue, I think) several months ago. Loved the minimalistic vibe and quality leather. But the strap drop was still a little too short — I’m looking for at least 8 inches, and this one is closer to 6. I still look at it, though. Very nice bag.

Well, I love Bottega Veneta, so if I was looking for a beautiful leather tote, I’d get this one. The intrecciato leather and chain handles is an elegant look.

I only have one “nice” tote, a limited edition Neverfull MM. My other totes are very utilitarian; they’re either nylon or cotton canvas.

For some reason, I never really got into BV before now. I wasn’t sure the woven leather look was for me, I guess. And some of their classics, like the Veneta, don’t have enough structure for me. But the combination of their leather with the chain hardware gives a lot of their bags an elegant, but slightly edgy look. At least, that’s what I’m telling myself! I still have to go try it on.

Hello ladies, quick reveal here. I ordered this item in September but just received it today (ordered it to my sister’s address in the UK and my mum just returned with it).

First damier azur piece. Favorite MM. Always wanted a favorite but kept postponing it in favour of other items on my wish list. When the rumors of it being possibly discontinued surfaced, decided to pull the plug and get it once and for all.

Yes, do try it on. Wearing it makes a world of difference sometimes.

My SA told me that most people don’t give the open top hobos (like the cervo Loop or baseball Cervo hobos that @ksuromax has) a second glance because they don’t look exciting just hanging up on a hook. I gave them a cursory look until my SA insisted I try one on.

Oh my, the magic that happened when I did. The bag transformed from a nondescript-looking bag to a luscious leather bag hanging softly in beautiful folds next to my side. So, yeah, just try it on and see what happens. Maybe there will be some magic.

Very nice!

My aunt has one in Monogram, and she wears it whenever she travels. It’s been everywhere, so the Favorite MM is proven to be an excellent travel bag.

Off to class with my first mz wallace from summer 2016.
I'm trying hard to think of this bag as a year round usable bag despite the vivid color....but I'm not sure that it is not exclusively a summer bag.
What do you think?
What a pretty bag!
Because it's so vivid, I see it as a year-round bag. If anything, more of a winter than a summer color! I have a sweater in very nearly that shade of cobalt, and I tend to wear it in colder weather.
